They do quality work, we had our furnace replaced with them. Estimator said it was an easy job but those installing it complained about it being a complicated job. Not super personable but H2C was cheaper than a few other places and the work was solid (and those are the two most important things for me).

The plumber arrived right on time, explained what he was going to do, and completed the work in a timely fashion.
The cost was very reasonable, especially considering what needed to be done (capping off a 95 year old toilet).
I’ll definitely use H2C again.

Great people and service!! We had Steve, the sales guy from H2C come out to give us a quote on a new furnace and A/C unit. He took one look at our furnace and told us we needed a second opinion. Within a half hour of Steve leaving, the office manager called us to set up an appointment for a free second opinion the next day. When Rob, the tech came out he said that the heat exchange was broken but took the time to find out it was still under warranty. Rob also took the time to show us on the camera exactly what the problem was and saved us a lot of money!!

Excellent friendly service. Willing to educate us on the type of heating system we have in our home and patiently answer any questions. Knowledgeable of older homes that have boiler systems. Excellent customer service responding by to inquiries and overall communication. We plan to continue using H2C for all our heating needs. I've used H2C probably over 50 times as I was a property manager for many years. Every last experience with them has been delightful. My heating and cooling problems are always taken care of promptly and pricing is always fair. Would recommend them to anyone and wouldn't work with anyone else.

I was impressed with the service I received from H2C on a cold (-4*) January day. The technician came right when they said he would and called when he was 15 minutes away; put shoe covers on before coming in the house; diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly; explained everything he was doing as I peered over his shoulder; answered all my questions; and gave me some general (and useful) furnace maintenance tips. Total cost was under $100. For an emergency visit. On the one of the coldest days of the year. These folks have a new loyal customer.

I called a different company out to fix the heat in my home as it was only blowing in half of my house the other company didnt work on the brand of dual zone dampers I have in my home so they wanted to charge me $3500 to replace it. I called H2C cooling and plumbing they scheduled me rather quickly. The tech came to my home and had fixed it in no time at all. Very reasonably price and upfront about what is going on and why it's happening. Highly recommend H2C heating and cooling

To the rescue 3 times! First was a bathroom pluming project. When another company said no we can't do this, H2C said yes we can. They thought outside the box and made it happen. Second was a A/C roof top unit at my business. Very hot day and they were able to repair and get the office cooling again within 2 hours. Third was my furnace blower at my residence. When another company tried to sell me a whole new furnace H2C was able to repair it and save me thousands. Bottom line I will never use anybody else for heating or pluming needs! They have a very honest approach and a family business feel. I like that. I don't know if it's industry standard now but they always wear there boot slippers to ensure they are not tracking dirt in your house. I like that too. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Jim, the pipe fitter came out yesterday to clean our two 1920's boilers in our newly acquired owner-occupied duplex. They'd not been cleaned in about 15 years and Jim did a great job. Additionally, he answered all my questions, taught me how to maintain my hot water system, and helped adjust all the settings on the system to be functioning at their best. These guys know their systems - newer and the good old stuff. I have great confidence in Jim's work, he was prompt, efficient and personable. I will absolutely be using them again for maintenance or repairs and would highly recommend at least Jim and their office manager (the two people I interacted with for this experience).

I was having issues with my kitchen hot water pressure where I had no water coming out of the faucet. I called and received same-day service. Keith was knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed my problem. I highly recommend H2C. I would definitely use them again!

The technician, Jack Chesney, was prompt, personable and professional. He installed the humidifier in a cramped situation, in the best possible placement. H2C honored the quoted price, even though they had to switch to a special order unit. There were no surprises, just a job well- done. I recommend them highly, and would use this company again.

The problem with my furnace was quickly diagnosed and I opted to replace a very old, failing system. There was no pressure to buy a new system, but the tech showed me evidence of the old system failing. Everything was excellent with this installation, from communication down to finished product being installed. I'm very happy with H2C and recommend them highly.

H2C performed a furnace tune up and everything went smoothly. Received a text and phone call when the technician was on their way over. The technician wore a mask. Even gave advice on how often to change the filter and how often to do a tune up. I appreciated that very much. H2C installed our furnace, a/c, and hot water heater 2 years ago. Every technician we've dealt with has been nice, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had. We will continue to use H2C for all of our HVAC needs and highly recommend them.

Replaced my water heater and installed a new vent.
Great service guys! They knew their stuff. Permit was approved by city, no problem. I was initially thinking that they would be more expensive than some bigger companies, but came in with the lowest bid and they are local. Love that!

Keith was great. He figured out the source of water that flooded my garage. More importantly he got the connections to my water meter replaced so that it is no longer leaking at the meter. During the whole visit he was very pleasant and professional and clearly explained what needed to be done including getting the city guy to turn off the water at the street and then turn it back on very quickly.

I called on a Monday morning for a service call. I expected it would be a day or two until they could come out, but Kurt was at my home within 1.5 hours. He was very courteous and his work was very thorough. I would recommend this company as I felt they are honest and fair.

My boiler stopped working Friday afternoon. H2C had done an inspection two years ago, and liked the results, so they were my first call when I got home. Darlene got back with in a half hour of my call with a time to have a technician come and look at the boiler. Kurt was scheduled to come on Monday between 2 and 2:30pm. but arrived early. Wow!! fantastic work. He was pretty much done by the time I arrived. Now we have heat, with a coupler and circulation pump replaced. Done faster than I could have done it, and at a reasonable rate. They installed a new boiler and water heater (one of those heated off the boiler) and did an awesome job. I had 3 bids and these guys are the only ones who did an analysis and who recommended a boiler quite a bit smaller than what they were replacing. It was installed last fall and did an amazing job keeping the house warm over the winter, and it did better than the old one with lots more BTUs.

Their price was middle of the pack but they sold me on their effort and working with me to get it done how I wanted it. Very friendly and excellent work.

And we also love the new water heater.
