Great job removing popcorn and painting - on time, finished early and did good cleanup. Update: I edited this down to 4 stars as two months after the work was done I called back to say my ceiling had developed a large crack where they had hung and patched a water damaged area. I was told that drywall work is never guaranteed. I said I would still like them to come out an look at it and if I had to pay to get it fixed well fine. He took my number but after 2 months has never called me back. Too bad. At the time we did the original job I told them we were planning on doing the rest of the house, another 4 bedrooms and a family room and hallways. Have gone elsewhere.

I couldn't recommend this company more! We had the pleasure of working with Mike, Raphael, and their team. They went above and beyond to meet our quick turnaround deadlines and did an excellent job.

Home Drywall & Painting worked with me on a basement remodeling project. The team handled the repairing, taping, and mudding of the drywall and painted the walls. They were very responsive and detailed in communication, started and completed the project well within their timeline estimate, and the finished basement walls look great!

Great experience having Gerid's team work on residential drywall repair and replacement. An honest estimate including encouraging us not to have stuff replaced that didn't need to be and good work done with a couple old house curveballs. I would absolutely work with these folks again.

The team at Home Drywall & Painting did a fantastic job of knocking down our popcorn ceiling and painting the entire 1st floor of our home. We had a water leak that required immediate attention. Mike Carlson did a great job of quickly accessing the situation and consulting with us on how to best repair and renovate the area. His crew was the BEST! The work ethic and attention to detail was second to none! The quality of workmanship reminded me of a master artist. Great Work Home Drywall team!

Adam was an excellent project manager and gave us the estimate and was here at the beginning and end of the project. To ensure it was completed to our satisfaction. The team did an awesome job, very professional, and the result was outstanding. They did a great job on the skim coat on our ceiling. And then the sanding and priming, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Got an estimate from Branden and the work for sheet rocking and painting was started and completed in Oct 2021. The supervisor came the first day to set up plastic and take wood base boards off the wall for the sheet rocking. The team of workers arrived the second day and spent the next 4 days sheet rocking the front parlor walls and the ceiling in the entryway. I did not see the supervisor any of the 4 days the sheet rocker/painting crew were here.
When the job was completed and the crew had left, I checked the work. That's when I noticed that there was paint along the sides of all the woodwork in the front parlor and caulking smeared on the wood ceiling trim in the entryway.
I immediately called the main crew person who ran the team that week. I also called the supervisor and left a message. I never got a chance to connect with the supervisor but was able to connect with Danny at the office on Monday. The head crew person offered to come back to the house the next day (Sat) to clean up the paint and caulking.
The crew person did return the following day but it was obvious to me that he knew very little about painting or cleaning the wood. I finally asked him to stop cleaning and said I would call the office on Monday to ask what could be done.
Danny at the office was very helpful at this time. I sent photos of all the areas that needed cleaning and was told that a new crew would be sent out immediately. Supervisor Gustavo and his crew member Elmer assured me they could clean up what was done by the past crew. Elmer spent two full days cleaning the woodwork in the Parlor and cleaning and re-caulking the entryway. He did an excellent job and Gustavo was there at least three times each day and talked to me about the work.
It's unfortunate that the first supervisor was not around after the work began or when the work was finished so that maybe there would never have been this problem in the first place!
Apparently there are several different crews that work for the company and I would suggest that you ask for Gustavo and his crew since they are knowledgeable about painting and sheet rock as well. Very happy with the final job after the clean-up, Thanks to Gustavo and Elmer!

Brad and his team at home drywall are wonderful!! We recently purchased an older home, and the first thing on our list was to remove the popcorn ceiling throughout the entire home. We already installed a few new light fixtures and the ceiling looks great!! Highly recommend!

We hired Home Drywall and Painting because the first impression was good and the reviews sounded like we could expect great quality.
The problem is that I also expected professionalism and that was certainly lacking. One would think that when someone spends between 7-8k to remodel a family room and hallway, everything would be rock solid.
Depressingly, from early on, when mistakes were made and I would point them out, the owner would make the comment ‘we are the professionals, just let us do our job’.
That would be great if everything was professional, but each time things were missed or done poorly, if I would ask them to correct it, the response would be a terse/rude repeat of the mantra ‘we are the professionals / let us do our work’.
A lot of the work looked very nice in the end once the various things I caught were corrected, but, when they were ‘done’ and after they left and I had paid the second half, I noticed that they had completely mis-cut the Sheetrock in several areas. One doorway had the rock sticking almost 1” past the edge so the door could not be inserted at all! (Please see the picture attached of how far it was past the edge of the door)
Additionally, the vents were mis-cut in a similar manner.
I corrected the vent cuts myself using a trim saw, but for the door, it was a large enough item that I wanted the ‘professionals’ to correct it.
When the person came out to correct it, from moment one he was obviously upset for having to come out even though it was the company that wasted a few hundred dollars of my time !
He started hacking at it with a razor blade even though he needed to correct the entire length of the door!
When I asked him to properly trim/cut it, he grabbed a tool and hacked at it which ripped the paper off the rock quite a ways past the edge of even where the door trim would cover it! (Please see the other attached picture)
He said ‘mistakes happen’, but in reality, that would never have happened if they would have admitted their mistake and corrected it professionally and CAREFULLY vs acting like it was my problem that they didn’t do their job correctly.
He also did not want to come back twice, so after doing the filler to correct their mistake, he sat there with a heat gun to dry the paint and applied two coats in one sitting.
I now have to hope the paint won’t peel / fail over time.
If a company wants to succeed in the long run, it is critical to do quality work and correct any errors, and ‘never’ act like the customer asking you to correct poor work is somehow the CUSTOMERS problem :(

Home Drywall and Painting did a spectacular job removing 2600 sq ft of pop corn ceiling from our newly purchased house. We are very happy with the outcome (and the absence of sparkly popcorn ceilings). They were timely, responsive, and highly professional. I'd recommend Home Drywall to anyone.

Gerid and his team did an amazing job. From the start, the quote was comprehensive and Gerid really took the time to answer our questions. Despite a mishap on our end with the timing the team was flexibile. They came out quickly, did a professional job with both the drywall fixing and painting. It looks brand new! I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

I hired Brad and his team to add sound-dampening to my condo as well as do what they could to stabilize the subfloor above from creaking. The ceiling was removed, the inadequate batting removed throughout the condo. Spray foam at 1" thick was used to stabilize the subfloor. Dense-pack cellulous was blown in the ceiling spaces. New sound channels installed and the 5/8 sheetrock installed. A beautifully done knock-down ceiling spray was installed. All said and done, I was in awe of how well this was done. From start to finish, this has been the best home contractor experience I have had. Amazing communication throughout the process and the workmanship was amazing. I actually had compliments by condo neighbors about how clean the workers maintained the hallways. Brad, Gerid and team get the highest recommendation I can give.

The sound-dampening works. It is well worth the effort and cost to have it done. A+ for this!

Holloman is very expensive but the guy came here he's very professional and he got the job done for efficiency and quality it was very extremely very well done the price is high but I think it's worth it he wasted no time he got it done professionally they're very good at what they do

Brad did the drywall on our kitchen remodel. We had coved ceilings that needed to match up with existing ceilings in our house! The work was amazing, and to this day it is still my favorite room in our house!!! So awesome!!

We had a great experience with Gerid and his team at Home Drywall & Paint. The retextured ceiling and painted walls freshened up this old home.
We will definitely use their services again in the near future.

Roofing company caused a leak in our roof, Century was able to come in on short notice and cut out the damaged areas and replace. Check out the picture. Its look exactly as it did before the roofers ruined it. We cannot say enough about how affective the team was simply amazing work. Many thanks❤️

I am so glad we moved forward with HDP! They were the only ones we called about our kitchen, and I do not regret it. Branden was really good to work with, professional, good communication, made himself available by mobile phone and text, and went above and beyond.

Above & Beyond: We hit two snags with our kitchen remodel. 1. We agreed we would do the wall demo ourselves, but hit a challenge when we started finding 4-5" of material to knock out instead of a thin layer of drywall. Branden called at exactly the right time to see how we were coming along and offered to send over a couple of guys to finish the work so his team could start on-time. We said 'yes please!' The team he sent over did a fast and efficient job and we SO appreciated it.. 2. When the electrical work almost threw everything off track. Branden suggested an electrician, and even called them to see if they could help. After his and our campaigning we got an electrical team over (Nordeast) to do what we needed , we were able to keep the project on track. Phew!

What we had done: 1. Foam Insulation. Installer was on-time, professional, no issues. 2. Drywall installation. Jarrod who installed the drywall was quiet (I work from home so appreciated that), professional, and pulled me in for all the right questions. We had a difficult bit where we had an arch and two built-in cabinets and he made it look good given what he had to work with on our older home.

We did the painting, but I am sure Jarrod would have done a great job, he knows what he is talking about.

We would definitely hire HDP again. We may have to remodel our basement someday and they would be the people we call to help out.

Note: The pricing may seem a bit high on some things (like demo or painting, which is why we did it ourselves) ~ but I believe the pricing is fair. Branden knows how to accurately price a job so that neither the homeowner or his company get burned. If you have the money in your budget, I would just have them do all of it and save yourself the headaches. Had we delayed HDP, we would have lost all the money we had saved ~ something to think about that luckily thanks to Branden we did not have to worry about in the end.
