We’ve used Andrade for the past several months and are very happy with their service. They’re in and out in under 2 hours and add a lot of nice touches like creatively folding towels and blankets and plugging in the electric toothbrush charger. The best part is the house feels and smells clean!

We hired Andrade Celia’s Cleaning to begin a regular cleaning in our home. They came for the first time yesterday and I cannot believe how clean our home is. They cleaned areas we would never have realized needed to be cleaned, they cleaned under every surface and found many long lost items. The cleaning crew was better than any cleaning I had ever had in the past. So worth it.

We love our team of cleaners. In and out of our house in about 1.5 hours. They are so fast and efficient. It’s magical when it’s all done and we get to enjoy a wonderfully clean house. My kids love to come home and see their beds all made up and stuffies perfectly in place. They clean windows and polish appliances and move rugs to wash the floors. I can’t say enough great things about them. It’s so worth it to feel “reset” and ready for the week after they come!

Communication with this company is nearly impossible. I had to contact them twice with every request. They showed up a half hour late to my estimate, and then not at all on the day of my clean. They were an hour late on the day of my clean when I called, and they asked if they could come the next day instead. They never showed up the next day. No call or anything.

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. When the cleaners came to my house, they did a decent job but completely skipped cleaning the fridge, even though I paid for it. When I asked about it, they said they'd clean it next time. To give them another chance, I scheduled an appointment for my sister's house. Initially, they answered the phone and said they were stuck in traffic and that the crew was on the way. An hour passed, and they stopped answering our calls. This level of unreliability is unacceptable.

I had Stanley come out to my home and check my AC system. Not only was he a professional, he never tried to sell me on something that I did not need. He was upfront and honest and an all around nice technician.I highly recommend.

Terrible experience. I hate to be the 1 star person but every step was mismanaged. The first person I talked to sounded like they woke up from a nap and managed services for many trades - that person told me they'd be out same day. Then I was called by another person saying they couldn't do same day but could arrive by 10am tomorrow. Then I got called by, potentially, a 3rd person telling me they couldn't do 10am but could do 4pm. Then no one showed up. I'm pretty low maintenance (pun intended). Get your act together!

I called Nexus to fix my furnace. The service guy shows up with nothing but a screw gun and a cell phone for tools. The cell phone was used for a flashlight. He said it could be alot of things that could be bad. Didnt put a multimeter on anything to check and said ,"I think it might be this relay. Let me see if I can get one." He said he had to order it and it would be $200 dollars. I told him no. He charged me $99 dollars and left. I then looked up the part that he said was $200 dollars and found out its a $12 dollar relay. Company is a Scam. Charged me $99 dollars to look at my furnace and tell me its not working.

Nexus Heating And Cooling staff were professional and friendly from the first phone call to set up the appointment, to the actual work, which ended up being a little more troublesome than intended. They worked promptly and diligently till it was over. Thank you.

My air conditioner stopped just before a large family gathering and I called Nexus Heating And Cooling and explained my situation. A tech by the name Ben came came right out and had it up and running in short order saved the day.He did not try to sell me a new unit that I did not need instead replaced the malfunctioning part.Many thanks for the quick response and your honesty.
