Our furnace went out on a Thursday. We called Sensible Friday evening and received a reasonable and affordable estimate within an hour. We were given space heaters that night to use over the weekend. Elliot is very professional and prompt. He came out and serviced our furnace on short notice when it went out and temps were very cold so having quick service was a must for MN winters.
