    We were gone for the winter and when we got home late one Friday night we wanted to do some laundry. Of course the wash tub drain was plugged. I called to see when we could have someone come out. My furnace is 27 years old as well as my air conditioner. They did a good job inspecting the furnace.     What a pleasant surprise from start to finish! I had a problem with my water heater and wanted to use a local company, so I called Rumpca Services. I spoke to a friendly customer service rep, who let me know she could have a technician out within a few hours the same day! She called me a bit later to let me know he was on his way. The technician, Zach, arrived promptly and let me know what repairs were needed. He answered all questions I had, and completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. To top it off, the repair cost was very reasonable. Rumpca Services just won a customer for life. Highly recommend!
