Hello! We use Granados Clean Paint LLC for their cleaning services. Jenifer and Maria do a fantastic job. Their attention to detail is amazing. We have all hardwood and tile flooring which is spotless after they leave in addition to every corner of the house(and everything in between). We’ve referred them to family and friends and refer them to all reading this too. You won’t be disappointed!

Luis of Granados Clean Paint LLC was recommended to me by another contractor that worked on my house during a major renovation and that recommendation did not disappoint. Luis and his team prepped my home for paint and used a custom tinted Sherwin Williams paint I supplied for the job and the results turned out excellent. We love the two-toned color selection for our exterior. After they were done we did a walkthrough to check on any imperfections and they were promptly addressed. Overall fantastic to work with and I would use them in the future. We receive compliments from neighbors and people passing by regularly. Job well done!

Good Service

Signed an agreement this summer to have my parking area to be sealed this fall. After not hearing from them I called to discover they will not honor their agreement this year. In fact it was apparent they had forgotten about my project and had no intention of informing me.
They tried to make excuses that only made the matter worse. I would say a very bad costumer experience.

Really liked their project manager and felt like they actually want to help you and work with your budget. Our driveway has never looked better.
