Took me awhile to leave this review. Can't remember the names of the crew that installed our driveway, but they were all super friendly and respectful. Our asphalt driveway was so pitted and cracked we were getting pools of water at the top and bottom. My kids will miss the puddles but I won't! The kids won't miss tripping on every crack however :) These guys gave us a great quote and I'm so glad we went with them-seems like they have the best equipment and just have an edge on how they do things. It all seemed top notch. Thanks a lot, our new asphalt driveway is amazing.

Very friendly and efficient team of folks! Spoke with Grace and she really listened to me and helped answer a few of my questions about whether or not we needed to seal or replace our driveway. Working with Lars, John and a few others after that was a breeze; they came out within a week to check the driveway and made their recommendations. Their bid was lower than any of the other 3 we had received, and I honestly believe they do as good of or better work than anyone! Explained so much to us about the importance of a good sub base, what they were doing each step of the way, proper maintenance, etc. This thing looks so good I can’t believe we waited so long to do it! Hurry up and call these guys, they will do the job right.

Fast, communicative, and ready to answer any questions or concerns. Seemed like they offered really good prices for a driveway replacement. The cost of a driveway replacement was keeping us from pulling the trigger but we were pleasantly surprised with the quote and it’s been holding up beautifully.

Highly recommend. These guys were able to give me a really good quote on a garage floor replacement as well as my asphalt driveway replacement. They can sub contract out for that work which was nice that I didn’t have to find a concrete company either. We are very impressed at how efficient they were in getting our entire long driveway removed and replaced and our grass and landscaping was all kept perfectly clean and looking good. True professionals.

Did a huge mill and overlay job on our parking lot. Great communication, easy to work with, and got the job done in a day. These guys have a ton of equipment and knew exactly how to grade and comply with ADA standards as well. Highly recommend them for any parking lot. Will use them again for seal coating when it comes up.

The crew was professional, punctual, and they really paid attention to detail. My new driveway looks fantastic and the quality of work is excellent. Their pricing was fair and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I'd highly recommend them for any paving needs!

Joseph Construction came out on short notice, provided an incredibly competitive and thorough estimate, and worked with me to get my project done before I put my house in Maple Grove on the market. I felt comfortable with their knowledge and expertise. They poured a BEAUTIFUL driveway! I have concrete work that needs to be done at my new home and have already gotten on their spring schedule for 2021.

Nick responded quickly to my inquiry about a quote, coming over same day on a Saturday. He and I discussed the project and he gave me a quote before he left my house. Scheduling was quick, communication was timely and concise, and the team showed up exactly when they said they would.
We ordered a colored concrete with a custom stamped outside edge border. The concrete stamp was not something they normally had access to (oak leaves), so we bought the stamp and they applied it.

It turned out fabulous it is the best looking driveway in the neighborhood.

Joseph Construction replaced our driveway and garage floor in May 2019 and I am 100% satisfied with their work. Their pricing was competitive with the 3 other companies that bid on the job.

My very old garage floor was in ROUGH shape. I was impressed with their tact in removing the old floor and pouring the new one such that it blended nicely with the existing doors and walls of the structure. Same goes for the driveway-- they hauled away the old blacktop and walked me through their plan for the new concrete, i.e. how it would be graded, where they would make cuts, how it would meet the exterior of the garage, etc. They made sure that I understood and agreed with the plan before they started to pour the new one. They really came prepared to complete my job in less than 10 hours...they arrived very early in the morning with a small armada of 8 guys, concrete saws, a skid steer, and a dump truck. They called the city to deal with the alley, they followed up to schedule sealing the next morning and protective coating 30 days later. I have already recommended Joseph Construction to my neighbors.

Nick and the team just finished a pretty complicated set of steps on our side yard and did a really nice job. Great communication and workmanship.

They recently removed many layers of asphalt driveway and a block wall. They regraded, and placed concrete to replace both. The project looks great, was done as scheduled, and at a competitive price. They had to work without much room but made it look easy. Definitely will use them again if needed.

Joseph Construction is the bomb. Nick was very attentive to making sure our project was not jeopardized by the weather. He was very communicative throughout the project. They completed the job in one day with the sealer applied a week later. The crew was very respectful and very well organized. I highly recommend them without a doubt.

I can't say enough about Nick and his crew. I had previously had a new garage floor done by another company and without going into details it was terrible. I called Nick and he came and explain why it was done incorrectly. He and his guys came and redid the garage floor and put in a new driveway at what I considered a very reasonable price. They were very professional and I am the envy of my neighborhood with my new driveway.

We had a new driveway and curb cut installed by Joseph Construction in the summer of 2023. I can't recommend them highly enough - project was a high quality bid at competitive price. Excavation and installation was quick, professional and the driveway looks great.

I called Joseph Construction because I was having water coming into my home because of previous poorly done work. My father had a concrete business to supplement farming and he would have been shaking his head if he had been alive to see what the previous owner of my home had done. Joseph Construction is known for their quality of work and they exceeded my expectations! After the rainy weekend we just had, there is no wetness in my basement. The cement work is beautifully and finished perfectly! I now have a patio that drains the water away from my house, a new sidewalk in the front and one going to my garage. They are very smart, hard working people and know what they are doing! They were here when they said they would be and finished the project the same day! I would trust them to do any project with the same high quality of craftsmanship! My Dad is smiling in my heart!
