What a great business to work with. We are in a new neighborhood so a number of our neighbors needed a sealcoating. They worked with us to find a day where they could do all our homes in one day. They gave each of us a quote and an invoice. They came out on time, worked hard to prep the surface and did a great job sealcoating. The sealcoat is sharp, black and looks great.

Scott was very helpful/patient answering all my questions. The application was done with great attention to detail and is working well. I will definitely use Jet Black again.

They called in advance to be sure the schedule was still OK and then a few minutes before they arrived. Stopped at the door to say they had arrived and then went to work very efficiently, clearing the driveway of debris, then laying out the sealer, all in roughly one hour. In past applications, they had told us how we should treat the curing sealer before driving on it, so we didn't need to ask this time.

Jet Black came out to repair our less than a year old driveway after a contractor made divots. We were very happy with the sealcoating.

Then less than a week after Jet Black sealed our driveway the USPS truck tore up the driveway from the way he pulled in, then turned the wheels sharply to grind up the driveway. This happened on 2 different occasions resulting in 3 spots that needed to be flattened and resealed. (This was in July when temps were 95+ and we have a south facing driveway)

We contacted Jet Black and they came back out to repair the damage and did not charge an arm and a leg to do so.

We will be using them for future sealants of our driveway.

Jet-Black resurfaced my driveway and did an excellent job. They cleaned up the edge of the lawn where it contacts the driveway and filled all of the cracks. Looks really good. I would have them do the work again when it is needed.

Very happy with the work done. Installers were careful and neat and worked efficiently. Did not get any product on adjacent concrete or landscaping. Liked the way they first edged the driveway to remove grass and other matter so able to coat the sides. Also very pleased with the crack filler used between various seams with adjacent concrete, as well a a crack in driveway.

We attempted to use Jet Black to seal coat a driveway for us. We prepaid for a spring seal coat because it was winter and they were shut down for the season. I just ended a call with a lady who represents jet black seal coating who ultimately decided "you know what I don't have time for this" time for what? I dont know. I guess no time for paying customers. 1 star do not recommend.

We drove past a jet black driveway that was recently done. It looked fantastic! So we contacted Scott for free quote. Within hours after we had asked for the quote he responded. We were able to get into his schedule! Scott was very professional, calling us to remind about the service and gave his a time frame he would be available to be at our home, he also explained that if the rain happens he would email me if he had to move dates. So day of service we had a horrible thunderstorm, he emailed me early to let me know about the date we have to move. By surprise Scott called and asking if we were interested in a weekend date since it was going to possibly rain. We immediately took it! Scott and his team were so fantastic when they arrived and throughout the whole time they sealed our driveway. He explained how our driveway doesn’t get much sun light so we needed to get the wet leaves off of it and not let them sit for days. Which of course makes sense. He suggested that we seal every couple of years. I was extremely happy with the whole service we received. Definitely be using them again without question.

Highly recommend! They provide a detailed estimate and only recommend what you need done. The team did a great job. Uriah was great to work with and was very responsive on any questions and I had.

The crew did an excellent job on my driveway. They notified me of a delay on my first scheduled appointment because of weather and we re-scheduled a new date. The crew arrived promptly on the re-scheduled date. The job was completed as they started with no mess to any of the concrete that met up to the driveway.
