Paul Davis was prompt and professional. We had a tree limb go through our roof damaging a bedroom and our basement. Our project manager, Trevor, answered all my questions and took care of everything. Paul Davis was there when we needed them the most!

Gabe at Paul Davis did an amazing job repairing our interior water damage. We have a lot of custom woodwork in our house, and he was able to match the new materials perfectly to the existing ones. He did such a good job that we wouldn't have been able to tell there was a repair made if we didn't already know where it was.

The team also was great in working with my home insurance to make sure everything was approved and processed smoothly. I can't recommend them enough.

The subcontractors were rude. Entered into my house using my egressed window instead of a door. The carpet guy put the carpet on my steps backwards, causing it to be dangerously slippery. Company wouldn’t answer calls about this and we had to have someone else fix it. Would not recommend this company at all.

Paul Davis Company was very responsive to our city wide water emergency, providing an incredible service at a competitive price. Paul Davis Restoration was called by an employee of the building management The workers who came in destroyed two closets and a bathroom, leaving the elderly owner in a home that was unsafe. They left a 71-year-old woman without a toilet for almost two months. The shower tub piece were left in the middle of the bathroom. The owner was left without use of the bath sink and the shower for nearly a year due to the disagreement. The “plumber” left the sink drain leaking and the tub faucet dripping, he asked for buckets.
They insisted on dealing with the insurance company and completely underbid the project. The employees didn't answer phone calls, or return voice messages or emails. The final invoice billed for items that we're never attempted or finished.

On day one when my insurance informed the company to take care my basement that get wet due-to sum pump failure because power outage. The company sent investigator and he pinpoint the problem. On second day they send two amazing employees and meticulously cut the drywall and took off the carpet insulation and remove all wet stuff. These employees I don’t have word to express.their professionalism. On the third round another group showed up fixed the dry wall and painted also meticulously and they were very clean, on fourth round carpet and insulation fixed spotless, and on.final round all outlet and phone jack put place as it was before power outage accident. They did an excellent work. I don’t like surveys; however, at this time I have to witness the great performances of amazing work of this company.

We were so grateful for the help we received from Paul Davis Company. I called early Monday morning and Zoe answered the phone with the most caring and empathetic voice. Every one of the people from Paul Davis Restoration knew how to do their job with care and efficiency. They came back a second time when a tarp (not installed by them) failed and more damage happened to my house. Another company handled the mitigation, based upon my insurance companies recommendation. However; I chose Paul Davis to restore my basement bedroom, due to price and the high recommendations of others. I was not disappointed! I received first class service from skillful employees, who kept me informed during the entire project. Money well spent!

Highly recommend!! The Paul Davis team was impressive from the start. After an ice dam caused severe interior damage inside my home from a roof leak, Paul Davis was very responsive from start to finish. We had an emergency situation come up while my wife and I were living in St Paul, MN. Restoration Pro 24 was able to quickly respond and they were able to fix the damage that had been done. The entire process was easy, communication was great, and the work was professional. We remove some wallpaper from our wall, and found black mold that was there from a leak in our roof. We called Restoration Pro 24 because of their credible website, and they were out right away. They did an outstanding job diagnosing and resolving the issue. I would highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable and professional.
