From working with Roni, Austin, Jose and Eddie, the experience working with ServPro was easy and honest! They were willing to work within my schedule and made sure I was satisfied with the work. They also explained exactly what job they were doing and why...very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

The team were great. Fast service for an unpleasant and smelly job, (sewer backed up into my basement). It was a good price for the work that was done. I was expecting it to cost more , but was happy to find out it didn’t. I’d definitely use them again in the future if I ever have the unfortunate need to again. Let’s hope the sewer doesn’t do that again.

James Robinson from ServPro was very professional. He answered all my questions, showed the results of the moisture testing, and provided a call ahead each day over the 7 days he had to monitor the drying process. Given the headache of having a severe water leak damage my house, James made the recovery effort extremely less stressful.

Within 2 hours of contacting ServPro, a technician was here determining how to dry the water that leaked from our washing machine. We had water on 3 levels of our home below the washer. James identified the wet areas and installed fans and dehumidifier units that effectively dried the water in walls, ceilings and carpet within 3 days. Austin came daily to monitor progress and determine when equipment could be removed. Their quick service saved us from extensive water damage and repair. They communicated and explained things clearly and thoroughly. We are so grateful to them and highly recommend calling ServPro for help if you have a water issue in your home. We had a plumbing issue in our upstairs laundry room that caused water damage in several locations of our home. Roni came out quickly and assessed the situation and was super friendly and helpful. James did all of our mitigation work, and was equally as wonderful. He was able to do check ins at times convenient for me and was really conservative, doing everything he could to dry things in place for us. We were told a couple different times that we would need to demo some areas but James kept at it and in the end, everything dried in place and we didn’t need to demo at all. I would call Servpro again, but of course I also hope I’ll never have to!

Quick , efficient service- especially in a time of stress with water damage. James was thorough, courteous and prompt. I appreciated the call ahead of arrival every time. Daily visits until everything was dry and the area was always left clean ( pulling up carpet/ flooring etc). Highly recommend

I wanted to share my experience with the team that came to my home after a sewer back up. Unlike my insurance company that took over a week to send out an assessor, servepro and specifically James and his team that came immediately to take photos and asses the damage. They were all very professional, kind, clean , on time, thorough and did a fantastic job removing what was damaged by the flood. They left the damaged rooms clean and were careful not to damage anything with a very small work space due to all of the content needing to be removed and placed in the center of the room.
I would recommend this team to anyone who has an emergency and needs an honest, hardworking , professional team that walks you through everything and delivers. Thank you to all of the guys that came to the house.

Felipe and Chad and their team did an amazing job on our basement that had flooded. They got it all dried in a timely manner. They were very professional and courteous.

We had a major event at our home requiring us to move out for nine months. Paul Davis handled the emergency work at our home the day of the event, the move out, the storage of our property, the demolition work, the planning, designing, bidding and negotiation process with our insurance company and ultimately the renovation and reconstruction work and then the move back into our home. The Paul Davis team was well qualified for all phases of the work and was willing to go the extra mile to handle all phases of a complex project such as ours from inception to is completion. At every step the people who helped us were professional, responsive and friendly. From the guy who first answered our panicked phone call after a water leak to the first man on site to the woman who helped us with insurance red tape to the project manager, the staff were courteous, compassionate, and super competent—they went above the call of duty to make sure we were taken care of. I recommend any owner stay personally on top of their job as little things can go wrong and one has to self advocate, but that said, the staff— Dominic, Shlomo, Mike M, Sarah M and more—were super helpful proactive partners who made a very hard time in our lives go smoothly.

Kyle Schmitz did a great job with communication and assisting me with a drywall repair job. His crew was efficient and clean with their work, and transformed the look of my room. Highly recommend

Amazing team to work with. Everyone had their own seperate assignments to make the whole process go smoothly. They were very communicative, kind and professional. Honestly they took a huge weight off my shoulders when our basement was ruined from a broken pipe. They handled most everything, even communicating with my insurance and advocating for me. Im so grateful to this company.

We had an upstairs toilet overflow and damage the ceiling and wood floor on the main level of our home. Our insurance company recommended using Paul Davis and they made the experience so much easier! They took care of mitigation, and lined up and oversaw all the work that needed to be done to restore our ceiling and floor.

We were not happy when we found some mold from a slow shower head leak in our master bedroom and into my sons basement below us. I didn’t know who to call as I’ve never had this issue and was kind of embarrassed. Thank goodness I reached out to my LinkedIn Connection Jacklyn Christian and asked if Paul Davis would be able to assist in this issue. She was quick to get me in contact with Jake Johnson and he helped me quickly by coming and inspecting our situation and giving us a reasonably priced quote. He was available via email and text and communicated very well throughout the process. Reid Larson and Vincent Thompson were the techs that came and did the demo, cleaning and clean up. They were both very professional and treated our home like their own. They completed things in a timely manner and everything looks good to go for us to seal it all back up. The quality of the work completed was excellent, real top notch work. However, communication was poor, I had to reach out to Paul Davis for most updates. There were also two separate week+ delays where the only explanation was that they were very busy. I understand people being busy, but it really came across as my house having little importance to Paul Davis.

After my house fire, I contacted Rob Zappa and his team from Paul Davis. Rob showed up to the house within hours of the fire. Not only did he patiently and thoroughly explain the process, he also found a hotel, arranged food, and helped with other necessary details that day. I don't know how I would have managed without his help! In the days that followed, he was excellent about regular and responsive communication. He made the introductions and transitions to different team members seamless and easy. Each and every employee from this company has shown the same dedication and quality work. In a time of crisis for my family, they showed up and took care of not only our house but US. I cannot recommend Rob and this company highly enough.
