Absolutely terrible company. Awful attention to detail. Closet interiors not painted, damage from repairs everywhere, siding falling off, front door ajar and jammed shut, trash left in the unit, left all lights on through the whole project, and ran all power tools through my unit alone driving my bills through the roof, the company is totally unresponsive, project went a year over projected completion. The PM was a joke, extra doors, siding, and other leftover materials left in the garage. After a final walk through, needed to call them back 4 times. I live in Madison Wisconsin now and had to make 4 special trips back to MN. They literally had a light bulb hanging out of a hole in the wall above the bathroom sink. I called the PM to ask why and he said the fixure we picked was back ordered. He said he reached out to me and got no response so that's what he did... I felt foolish. As a PM myself, I get IT. Waiting on an email can make your project come to a grinding halt. So, I checked my emails and found no such correspondence.... So guess what, he just lied. Great. Well we have now accepted an offer and were still finding issues! I work in construction, I know how it goes, but to have a PM sign off on a project in this state just goes to show, they aren't paying attention and they do not care. If I was moving back and not just selling, I would have never signed off on a damn thing. Please don't make the same mistake my insurance company did. Don't use these jokers. They are shady creeps and should NOT be trusted.

We had the most wonderful service from Respro on a recent freeze-up. They warmed the house slowly to prevent more water damage, packed out the house and kept all our possessions safe and did an amazing job on the demolition and reconstruction. They helped us navigate the complicated world of insurance and helped us in many small and large ways. They are incredibly honest, hard working skillful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this wonderful company for any job large or small! From start to finish Tim the owner and his amazing staff saved our house and our sanity!

This is the second time we have used Restoration Professionals. This time I called them when we had a frozen pipe break in the middle of the winter. Most of the house was flooded. Restoration professionals got a crew there really quickly to move furniture out of the water, pull up the wet carpet, and set up fans and dehumidifiers.
They also helped us with our insurance claim and with putting the house back together. Every single person we dealt with did a fantastic job - Restpro employees as well as their subcontractors. Our house looks great now! I would definitely recommend them!

We have been working with this company for several years now and they are great! They show up on time and address the situations accordingly if it is a leak.They also listen to our concerns. We use them for monthly turn cleaning for carpet shampooing and to do our hallways and rugs when needed.They have taken some really dark and stained carpet and made it like new. They have always been attentive and have done some really serious leaks in the past with water running through the apartments and into the main hall. I am always surprised on how they can remove carpet with the amount of furniture and debris that has been present in some of the leak apartments. Overall they are a great company and we have had wonderful service from their friendly staff!

Excellent company. We had a major fire in the building. ResPro handled the mitigation and cleaning process promptly, professionally and with utmost kindness. The company has now shifted to the reconstruction phase and is handling it with the same high level of professionalism. We could not be more happy with their work. The management and different teams are all wonderful. They always responded to our frequent inquiries and demands promptly, efficiently ... and kindly. Highly recommended.

We had a pipe burst & basement flood on Easter Sunday. With referral from Ryan, the team came within an hour to extract water & get machines in place to dry area, Geno to oversee project, Leonard who kept everything moving on a daily basis, Jack had storage unit brought in & organized movers, tear down crew, crew of Sheetrock workers, Israel who did a great job installing carpet/flooring & Adam who did all the trim work. All very respectful & professional of our home and the jobs they performed. Will definitely refer you to others. What a great organized company to get the job done!

This is our second time using Restoration Professionals. On this occasion, I had three separate projects to work on. As usual, the projects were fully vetted up front, the bid was reasonable, the work was impeccable, and the clean up was awesome. I would highly recommend this group!

We had polite, professional help on a large restoration project. My questions and concerns were always handled politely and promptly. They also helped with the insurance claim. The workers inside the house were respectful and cleaned the work area when they left . I can't say enough about the service we had.

Highly recommend restoration pro! We had a mold situation that needed a tear down of our lower bathroom and rebuilds to follow.
We not only got everything done, but in a color and design we were happy with.

Mitigation was done by Ted, the project manager was Bob, our repair crew and rebuild man Ricardo.

These folks did a phenomenal job, Ted helped us handle the insurance. Bob was swift and helped manage the project on a tight deadline and Ricardo worked hard with us and was a great person to work with.

We had mold tests done and they were so explicit and told us so much. Dan was absolutely fantastic and so informative and dedicated to the project.

We just completed a repair of water damage with Restpro. They were terrific in all ways. High quality, fair pricing, consciousness and caring. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Very slow in completing several jobs in our condo community,(started one year ago to repair three units from fire damage leaving these people without homes). They leave garbage all over, (lunch bags, water bottles, screws, and nails). I would not recommend! We have no idea if they will ever finish!

RestPro came through again. Called them for a bio-hazard clean-up after hours and they had someone there to cleanup and the area looking like new within a couple hours. Have used them several times for water leaks, fire and now bio-hazard cleanup and all they hit home runs. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Arranged to have my carpet cleaned. They were supposed to arrive before noon, but didn't arrive until after 4 pm. Equipment kept breaking down. They only cleaned the main areas, did not move any furniture, and did not try to get into areas that were inconvenient or difficult to reach. I know it is because they were running so late, and trying to make up time. They were working with equipment that didn't do the job. I was charge $135 for just a living room and one bedroom. Not worth it.

When the fires in the city were started, Restpro was there to board up and keep people safe. Restpro was there when a lot of people were not. More than 175 locations in one weekend, because crews working around the clock, in the face of danger and unrest. Trying to rebuild the small business in the metro that were destroyed.

We've used RestPro for a few projects around our house and have found their work to be timely, on budget and thorough. Their employees are great to work with and I'd highly recommend using their services!

Restoration Professionals assisted with repairs to my stairwell wall from damage that was caused by a fall. They were prompt, courteous, tidy and their pricing was extremely reasonable. I would hire them again in a heart beat to complete work in the future.

In June 2025 we experienced unexpected water damage to our townhome. We sustained a significant amount of primarily ceiling and flooring damage requiring both emergent mitigation as well as restoration / repair. We were fortunate to have our HOA refer us to the professionals at RestPro to take care of our needs from start to finish. Tim, Rich, Kenan, Jack, Ozzy, and countless others who I did not catch all their names were professional and thorough in making sure we were cared for. They communicated what to expect, when to expect it, and guided us through the insurance claim process with accuracy and ease. Knowing we had someone to contact with any questions at any time eased the anxiety that goes with such a disruption in life. We opted to make several upgrades during the restoration / repair process and RestPro was able to give us accurate and timely estimates of our out of pocket costs. RestPro has a team of reliable professionals such as plumbers, electricians, drywall repair, painters, flooring specialists, movers, cleaners and more in their arsenal. Every person we encountered completed their individual specialty assignment with the utmost skill and attention to detail. When all the work was completed we felt like we were moving into a brand new townhome. We cannot thank the RestPro team enough for their superb handling of our mitigation and restoration needs.
