Was the worst possible experience with a contractor EVER. Extremely poor workmanship. I fired this company and the new contractors literally had to redo 90% of Rainbow' s work. This company is the reason contractors have a bad name. I could go on and on with examples but I'll stop with, " Find someone else!!"

Incredible experience! These guys communicated everything, went above and beyond the scope of work being done and even the owner came out to inspect that the job was completed to his standards!

I cannot recommend them enough and I worked in the construction industry for 3 years. This is a first class operation

Bob the owner is outstanding man. Will, the foreman, is a good person as well. We also enjoyed the workers Ruben and Duke. Both Ruben and Duke were very friendly and worked very hard. Bob and his crew came right out to our house after our sump pump died. They came in and educated us and got right to work. They dried out the basement very well. I highly recommend this business.

Highly recommend Rainbow International of St. Paul. Called late on a Sunday afternoon and they were at our house on Monday morning and immediately started mitigation steps for a cracked sewer pipe. They stayed with the job daily until all mitigation actions were complete.

Recently came home from out of town and found our basement had excessive water damage. Called Bob at Rainbow International and he had a crew at my home early the next morning. They took the time to explain the process and how they needed to proceed. Very knowledgeable and professional! They immediately contacted our insurance company and confirmed they would follow through until the very end.

Bottom line...these guys represent peace of mind to get the job done.

The contractor falsely explained rainbows process after 4 rooms in my new home experienced water damage. I was left with exposed ceilings, a lawsuit from the company, and spent thousands more restoring my home.

Rainbow, that is a completely false statement. I gave every penny my insurance sent me, but they stated you overcharged for your services. $12,000 for water mitigation?!?! As for my comment of amazing service, that was prior to finding out that I would live with exposed ceilings until I found another contractor to come repair those. Max had told me that would be taken care of and that was a false statement. My real estate agent was present to witness the false statement of services that would be provided.

I recommended Rainbow to take a look at a customer's roof. Rainbow went to look at let me and the customer know there wasn't damage and the customer didn't need to file a claim. The customer called back and said she was so thankful for the interaction with Rainbow as she is a widow and often feels taken advantage of. She said the team at Rainbow were honest and upfront with her. Little things like this make such a difference, our customer was almost in tears she was so thankful.

Woke up at 5 am on a Sunday to find a sink waterline on our main level had broken and portions of our main level and finished basement had standing water. Filed an online claim at 6:30 am and Rainbow International called me by 8:00 am indicating I would see a crew at my home within two hours. Jonathan arrived before 10 am and took the time to explain the process and how they needed to proceed. Jonathan called each day following to advise when they would be on site and met their commitments.

The Jonathan made a stressful situation less so and was very knowledgeable and professional!

The Clemente team was amazing during the restoration of my basement. They were very helpful whenever I had questions. The technicians were great—both Thomas and Aimee were easy to reach and very responsive. Thank you for the excellent work!

Scott and his team are THE guys to call if you experience water damage in the Minn/T Paul area. Scott is a true professional, who cares about his community, and cares about help his neighbors in their time of need. This is the type of team you need when you need them.

I have such a poor opinion of these people and I didn’t even deal with them directly. In October my apartment building had a water leak (leak is not a strong enough word, really, it was more like a flood). My kitchen cabinets, bedroom and bathroom doors were all ruined. This was October 8th. They finally finished (and did a spotty job, mind you) last week (it’s the end of April) The island counter top isn’t completely attached, there’s a piece of my cabinets that wasn’t glued in properly and keeps falling down and my bathroom door frame isn’t pushed in all the way on one side. If that doesn’t tell you all you need to know about this company, I don’t know what will.

I'm a commercial property manager and have been working with Tony at Rest Pro for the past year and a half. They have been incredibly responsive, professional and pleasant to deal with, which is amazingly helpful in the midst of a water emergency. Would highly recommend them!

Their google reviews are biased as some explicitly mention they’re employees of the company. We’ve worked with this company twice now having no other option for emergencies and we should’ve went with our gut to not call again this second time. They have no idea what they’re doing and it takes 4-5x more. They never arrive when they say they will. If you want to pay for 5 days of work that could’ve been done in 1-2 days by a prompt and well trained professional...they’re your bet..

They left our home more damaged then before they arrived this second time..& oh they’re always AT LEAST 2 hours late. Save yourself a headache..

Wouldn't recommend. Did a horrible job cleaning our carpets. In and out in less than 40 minutes.
