Rapid Restoration did a basement tear down/clean up after we sustained water damage due to a sump pump failure. They came out quickly and did a professional job.

They helped us out with cleaning up a starting mold spot that we got from another company causing the issue. They cleaned it up on the spot and was quick about it too. Made sure they got everything nice and clean in the workspace they made. Would definitely recommend them

I had a massive water problem and called at 7 AM on a Sunday morning. Angie said they'd be happy to help but suggested I talk to my insurance company as well. Turns out the insurance company had me go through a completely different path; because of Angie's integrity and honesty she saved me a lot of money in a very stressful time.

Rapid Restoration helped me out after my laundry room flooded last December. The experience was great. Excellent service and craftsmanship. The helped me through the entire process and the end result was excellent!

Very detailed, answered all my questions, and friendly and easy to talk to. Ended up going with a different company because of my roommates preferences for a personal referral, but I would for sure hire DKI in the future if I ever need this kind of help again

I highly recommend this company, when looking for help with anything. My 89 year old mom had a small kitchen fire, but smoke everywhere filled her apartment. Not only were they efficient, fast and precise, the guys we dealt with were extremly nice, helpful and always available. No matter when I called David for help or questions he answered the phone, whether it was a Friday night, or Saturday or Sunday they were always available to help us. Grant you I don't do that on a daily basis let alone a business phone. Very easy to work with, and agreeable. I just can't say enough about them.

Rapid Restoration quickly came out and took care of the damage we had from an ice dam recently. They used state of the art drying equipment to dry out our walls and hard wood floors from water damage. They then managed the whole restoration project which kept me from having to worry about any of the details. The finished product was beautiful! - Vic

A few days after Christmas, when it rained here in MN. Water started to leak into our basement! After trying to keep up with the water, it was clear we were losing and needed help. When i called Rapid Restoration it was well into the after hours side of things. Chad sent two gentlemen Josh and John who were absolutely fantastic and quick acting! They were able to Isolate the water, and also took over the process of removing the water. Their follow up in the days following this mess was also on point. I highly recommend this company, they certainly saved the day!

Rapid Restoration DKI was already doing some repair work in the condo. I contacted them since they were already in the unit, and they agreed to mend a few seams and repaint the entire unit.

Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repairs, but it was a very high quality paint job as well. Extremely pleased with Jesse's responsiveness and professionalism. Jairo's work was of the highest quality.

I guess the thing that really delighted me was during the walkthrough I noticed just a few small nits. Jesse wrote it down, and took care of every last detail. No griping, no pushback - it simply got done.

Rapid Restoration responded to my original call quickly and was able to give an estimate and get the work done quickly, too. This was particularly helpful to me because I needed to inconvenience my renters while the basement was redone. They seemed very experienced with handling mold like the type I had on the basement walls.

Kelvin Knutson and team performed many miscellaneous projects for us (outdoors and indoors) this fall and winter.
The projects were all professionally done, and to our satisfaction. Kelvin was an awesome project leader/manager with outstanding peoples' skills. We had great confidence in him and was immensely fun to work with.

We had a leak in our ceiling from an ice dam and they were able to dry it out to eliminate mold, patch the drywall and spray new ceiling texture. It looks great and Bob was awesome to deal with throughout!

Rapid Restoration was quick to help me with my oven cleanup after a fire. After an emergency you want someone to be kind and understanding and their staff were all completely professional. The staff was respectful of my home and family during the cleaning, they did an excellent and detailed job and I would highly recommend their services to others.

Rapid helped me with a water damage repair in the basement of a home that we were buying last summer. They responded quickly, got the job done, and sent all the information to my mortgage company for me. DKI is the type of company no one wants to use and I hope i never do again :). I have worked with them 3 different times. In our previous home we had 2 situations with a ton of water damage caused by ice dams.

Last week i noticed a leaky toilet connection in our master bath in our new home. I called them because in the past they have always done the job they said they would do and it was quality work.

This time around they were only able to dry the area and the demo portion. They covered all the carpet and flooring to protect it from any damage. They were able to put things back just in a way to avoid too much inconvenience while i want for someone other than DKI to come out and do the repair work. They weren't able to because of their schedule however, i really appreciated the work they were able to do.

Staff is always professional, kind and know what they are doing. I hope to never contact DKI again, but I seem to be a magnet for water damage lol
