We’ve used this carpet cleaning service twice now at our house and have been very happy both times. They did a great job getting out some really tough, set-in stains and the carpets looked noticeably better afterward. The guy on the phone was thorough, professional, and easy to work with when scheduling.

There was an accidental spill down our stairs that caused some damage, but most importantly he was okay, and the company handled it extremely well. They took responsibility and reimbursed us promptly so we could get it fixed, which we really appreciated. Overall, very professional and trustworthy—would definitely use them again.

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Geoff Carlson with Twin Cities Finest. Geoff arrived on time and took time to walk through the entire house and answered all my questions, thoroughly. I had requested ductwork cleaning and also carpet cleaning of the entire house. He went over absolutely every charge and all the possible options, which was very helpful. Geoff was both knowledgeable and experienced. I was thankful for his honesty and transparency. He even came back 2 days later to apply an additional product to some areas with pet urine. I couldn’t be happier with the look and fresh clean smell of my house. I’ll definitely be using Twin Citiest finest again!

Twin Cities Finest did great work. My only recommendation is that they make their pricing a little more clear on the website (list the cost for stairs, for example).

My carpets weren't particularly dirty, but I wanted to get them cleaned professionally ahead of move-in. Their prices were reasonable, and they did a good, quick job. Austin seemed very knowledgeable (although he didn't have much opportunity to show his skills on these carpets).

I worked with Austin who was efficient, professional and thorough. He also used rubber mats to protect my hardwood floors as he accessed and cleaned our carpeted areas. The prices were very reasonable and overall an extremely pleasant experience. Such a nice feeling to have clean carpets! Will definitely use Twin Cities Finest in the future!

First time getting my carpets cleaned! First go around I had Andre from Twin Cities Finest, and he was awesome! Very nice guy and had great customer service!

However, there was miscommunication regarding the use of a brush. I didn’t get the exact results I was hoping for so I called the company and spoke to Austin. Again, exceptional customer service. After talking with Austin we figured out what I needed for my carpets and he agreed to come out and do just that-at no extra cost! Both Andre and Austin showed up on time, we’re both very professional, and made it very clear that they wanted me to be happy with my results!

After I was initially not happy, I wasn’t sure I was going to let them come to my home again to make it right. I am so glad I did! I will definitely use Twin Cities Finest again!

Dylan was a complete professional. Walked us through the whole process. Showed us just how bad our ducts were and pointed out some of the mold in the blower and the duct systems.
Also did our carpets. Great experience, efficient, personable. Would definitely hire again.

I had Kevin with Blue Ox Exteriors replace a roof, soffits, and add gutters to my home. I have a 1920's built home and that had a lot of issues(crooked fascia/soffits, sagging roof on my dormer, ice dams/ventilation) from a past contractors that needed to be corrected. The people that installed my roof were very professional, polite, cleaned up after they're done, did not leave my property in a mess, asked questions if I would allow them to have their trailer closer to my house for easy clean up and a lot more minor details but meant a lot to me because they asked. My new roof looks great!
