I had an egress window installed and the installer was prompt at 8:30am as promised and done with the install in about 4 hours. They were super communicative during the lead up and answering all my questions. Even texted me back as last as 10pm. The window looks great and even made it fit in the space of my old window. Their price was very standard with egress windows. Definitely will have them back.

I contacted Zups when I noticed my roof was starting to fail prematurely. Troy came out and was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions and talked to me about how adding new venting and tiger paw underlayment would help prolong the life of the new roof. I would highly recommend them to any friend or family member, and I look forward to calling them again on future projects.

After a hail storm had passed through the area, I contacted my insurance company who agreed to a roof replacement. I then contacted three different contractors to get pricing and discuss the process. Zup's Construction was easy to work with, knew the insurance process, and did great quality work. They worked with my insurance company to get the new roof updated to the current building codes, which required new sheathing installed throughout the roof and removed a slight sag which had developed over the years. They were extremely easy to work with, delivered a quality product, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves very well. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone contemplating similar work.

Very good experience with Kevin, I never had duct cleaning done before so he explained the process and went over all charges and the total bill before starting. He arrived promptly and got to work right away. Very satisfied.

I usually go with a larger company for carpet cleaning, but I decided to try a smaller family-owned business. I saw Twin Cities Finest’s add with the coupon. Austin assessed my carpet cleaning needs thoroughly. He suggested deeper cleaning in some areas and after measuring, he informed me there would be extra charges due to the amount of carpet in my home. Deeper cleaning involved more work with an additional charge. I agreed to the cost. He did a fantastic job, and my carpets look restored! I used fans and allowed drying time overnight. By morning, it was dry. I am very pleased with the quality of his work! Quality carpet cleaning is not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for!

Second time using Twin Cities Finest for carpet and upholstery cleaning, we had Austin both times. Very knowledgeable and had good recommendations for each room based on how we use it and did not try to oversell extra treatments or products!! Will continue to use this company!!

I had a coupon for $65 air duct cleaning. I have a small home but I still expected it to cost a bit more than the $65.00
When my roommate called me at work and said he wanted over $500.00. I told her to ask him to leave immediately. He did nock down alot of the add on charges and got it down to $259.xx, great coupon right?

Dylan came out today to do air duct & carpet cleaning. He was very personable and professional, got to work right away, and did a fantastic job. Carpets look and smell fresh, and all the ducts are squeaky clean! No longer have stinky pet odor. Very glad he is a part of Twin Cities Finest, and would hire him again!

Dylan came out to do our basement carpet and steps. He was a great communicator and really knew his stuff. A friendly guy; he explained to me on what I could expect from my water damage stains, and tips on how to dry my carpet after (my trouble spots). This is the second time In two years that I have used Twin Cities Finest (I previously was using COIT whom I was not happy with after many years.) and I would recommend them to anyone. Pricing is fair, and scheduling is very easy, and like I said, Dylan is great if you get him for your scheduled cleaning!

Andre was the professional technician that performed the service of carpet cleaning. Originally, my son got this service for me, with a coupon. Upon seeing the state my carpets were in (with the leftover remnants of past visitors pets) he politely and honestly explained the service I was signed up for would not do the job, and other treatments were needed to cut the smells of the animal urine, and prevent them from coming back. The price was not a surprise, but the customer service I received was excellent. The service performed left my carpets clean, and fluffy, with a fresh scent. Thank you Andre.

This is the time I have used this company for carpet cleaning service. Dylan was great to work with, he was professional, pleasant and efficient! The carpet looks much better, there is some normal "shading" on it until it is completely dry. I am excited to see how the carpet looks and feels once it is dry. Dylan also gave recommendation for cleaning spots, club soda!! Who would have guessed that a bottle of club soda would take up stains! And as for pet stains, vinegar and water (kills bacteria)!

Andre was quick and efficient. He helped walk me through the process for the entire house. He gets 5 stars hands down. Booking was easy and straightforward. I will say the booking cost compared to the actual cost was quite a bit more so there’s where I have to mark it down as well as people not wearing shoe covers in parts of the home that is carpeted. Would absolutely use their service again in the future.

Dylan did a fantastic (and quick!) job today for our home. He explained everything clearly was very thorough in his tasks. I can already tell a difference with our HVAC cleaning and carpets. My allergies started to clear almost immediately. We are very thankful for the outstanding job!

Austin did an amazing job on our carpets! They were heavily stained from old dog accidents, kids who are now grown and life in general. Andre J. was awesome! This review does not allow for extra credit, if it did, I would have rated Andre a 7 out 5. We had our duct work, carpet, area rug, and carpeted steps cleaned. It was raining outside and I was concerned about bringing wet equipment in and out of the house. Andre brought his equipment in once, and we had no issues with dragging wet equipment throughout the house. Andre was focused on doing the work, he got to it right away. He knew what he was doing and was very thorough yet; BOOM, he was in and out quickly. Andre was terrific!
