Matthew, the technician who did the work at our home, was delightful to interact with and inspired our confidence in his knowledge, thoroughness, and efficiency. We have an unusual HVAC system and he was able to solve a tricky problem. Kudos.

The project was very easy to schedule, communication was prompt/clear/easy to follow, pricing was transparent and very reasonable especially given the quality of work, and Austin was all around a pleasure to work with (friendly, honest, efficient). They got me on the schedule quickly. Christopher showed up on time with a smile, very knowledgeable and friendly. The tech removed stains I failed to remove myself, almost immediately. TCF did a great job carpet cleaning at my home. Scheduling was really easy and they had many available times. On the day of, they were right on time and efficient. The tech explained everything and the pricing was explained to me fully and reasonable. Carpet looks great! Highly recommend.

Looked great right after the service. After drying, found the end result was just okay. We had some good pet, kid, and life, stains to address and wasn't expecting miracles. Some some major spots came out, but nowhere near everything. Our situation resulted that thick residue feeling and musty smell I've heard sometimes comes with a cleaning in high pet areas, but hopefully breaks down with time. So depending on what you're going in with, be mindful of expectations.

Chris Roble did an amazing job. My carpet came out a couple shades lighter. Chris is an excellent technician who takes his time to do an efficient but thorough job. He really cares about work satisfaction. The next time I will request Chris Roble to clean my carpeting.

Firstly, before I booked the appointment, I googled what kind of rating the company had which was 4.8 and then I checked if it had a BBB rating which was an A+. When Andre Jordan arrived and said he would inspect the duct work and then let us know the final estimate I about fell over as that had not happened with a previous provider who since is out of business and I was stunned when I got the final bill. Andre returned stating what the final bill would be. When I showed him the confirmation email for booking services he explained the difference and why. He even showed my husband the results of the work he had done in his equipment. Couldn't be more pleased. Could feel the results immediately in better quality of heat we were feeling in the house.

Austin did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was friendly, showed up on time, and throughly explained the process and options. The end result was great and he removed the stains I had pointed out. I would recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.

Twin Cities Finest did a great job. I had both the first and second floor cleaned and deoderized. I also had them clean the couch in the family room. It has now been two days since the cleaning and my carpet is clean and odor free. The technician (Austin) was on time, polite and informative. He provided me with a quick estimate and was able to start cleaning immediately. I would highly recomend Twin Cities Finest and ask for Austin.

I give 2 stars. Yes my carpet looks much better. I feel like I was a victim of bait n switch of sorts. I had a 3 room 99 dollar coupon. I explained over the phone I had a living room a bedroom and a short hallway as well as 7 steps. They told me 7 steps would be an additional 4 dollars per step. I was okay with that. I expected it to be around 200 or so with taxes. These guys bs you and tell you you need a deeper clean and the regular clean would be worse with pet stains. Either way all they did was switch out the regular vac with a brush vac. Its total baiting they did the sam3 amount of labor and wanted to charge me almost 700 dollars. I will never use this company again. I negotiated down to 500 dollars and their truck broke down in my driveway. Happy the carpets are clean(ish) but to go from 99 dollars to 650 to 500 is crazy. I felt trapped and obligated to pay the forced negotiated price. I recommend buying or renting your own carpet shampooer. These guys scam. A 2 to maybe 300 dollar job at most cost me over 500 and they wanted almost 700 for a 99 dollar coupon. They were in and out in like 40 minutes. Yeah never again unless I get some sort of reimbursement I will never use or promote these guys ever. I will tell family and friends never go through these guys for carpet cleaning. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I'm pretty disappointed with the service I received for getting my air ducts cleaned. The technician didn't even say, Hi, and just walked inside my house to see how many trunk lines I had. The overall price was not worth it. He left pieces of metal he drilled through the trunk lines, and left them all over the floor. He also left so many dust bunnies everywhere, I had to vacuum the whole house again. I thought he would at least wear protective shoe coverings also, which he didn't, so I will have to get my carpets shampooed (again!) Not impressed by the price (apparently the number of trunk lines is what they get you for, for more $$$!) Puddles of water from the line he had from the van to the kitchen was leaking on my floor, and he also left trash on my driveway after he left. The only positive review from this company was clean air ducts, supposedly. He even asked me if I wanted before and after pictures, and I told him that would be great! I asked him at the end, and he said that was just a "courtesy" and I did not see any pictures, just the filter from their machine that collected all the dust at the end. Unimpressed and disappointed.

I have used Twin Cities Finest for several years now and I've been really pleased with the service. I have a dog and host my family several times a year. Prior to my hosting's I have TC Finest come in and do my carpets and once a year do my air vents. The people are very polite and professional. They go straight to work and do a great job. Very happy with their work and at a great price.

Kevin did a great job on our carpets today. Before he started the job he explained what he was going to do, checked if we had any concerns with carpet, and then reviewed pricing before he started. After he completed he reviewed what we should do over the next 24 hours. We are very happy with the job he did today, and we have been happy with the service we have received from twin cities finest over the last several years.
