Angie and her team were fabulous to work with. We had a roof leak with water into the wall and ceiling. they came out quickly and removed the damaged ceiling and drywall and dried entire attic and wall. They were all very professional and pleasant to work with. They explained everything they were doing and why. and answered all my questions. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

If a backed up sewer doesn't constitute an emergency, I'm not sure what would! And while our basement is still unfinished, I would venture to say it still presented a mess. After getting several quotes which ranged all over the place, we landed on Rapid Restoration simply by accident on Google. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Seriously! From the estimator, to the support staff in the office, to the people that worked on the job, I can not think of a single complaint! Not one. There are just so many things that can go wrong when having work done in your home. Everything was explained such that a novice could understand. They were prompt, worked efficiently, all were beyond personable & the job they did was outstanding. I truly can not find enough positive adjectives for this company that we are sure to use again in the future!

We called Rapid Restoration on a Saturday night after water started dripping down from our kitchen ceiling. A live person answered and took our info. Chad, the general manager, called us back within minutes. His team arrived promptly as scheduled and dried out our ceiling, wall, and attic insulation over several days. They prepared a detailed summary of their work, with photos, and submitted it directly to our insurance company. Everything went smoothly. We were really impressed with Rapid Restoration.

We were just about to put our rental property on the market to sell and found out the upstairs toilet had leaked into the ceiling leaving lots of sewage and mold. Rapid Restoration did an amazing job of walking us through the entire process and assuring us the whole time that everything would be ok. They took care of everything from the mitigation work to reconstruction to dealing with insurance. This company is highly professional, very responsive, and easy to work with. I appreciated the care they took to answer all of my questions and make recommendations. They turned an unpleasant situation into a positive experience. While I hope to never have the same problem again, I am comforted by the fact that I know who to call if I do. Thanks to the entire team, especially Jake, Jesse, and Angie!

Rapid Restoration was excellent to work with on a water damage issue I had discovered. They worked with me on cleaning an affected surface as well as air quality testing so we could have exact information for the best health of the home. They were able to get started the same day and were professional and wonderful to work with from the first phone call through the completion of the job. Chad is very knowledgeable and his crew was great. It turned out that we did not need to take additional steps for remediation because the diagnostics came back without concerns. I appreciated that this team had the skill and abilities to provide information and work up possible plans from "best case to worst case scenario" then take the most fitting action. We found a perfect result for the home at much lower cost than could have been the case without such an honest exam. I had two other companies out to look and Rapid stood out in terms of timing, communication, assessment, and an efficient plan. I couldn't be happier and will definitely call them again and highly recommend them!

This is the second time we’ve had DKI come out for emergency basement repair after flooding. Both times their crews were able to get to our home day of and begin the repair process. Their crews are extremely knowledgeable and skilled, leaving the basement even better than before the damage occurred. Additionally, their management, especially Kelvin, were extraordinary professional and were very respectful of our home. Hoping not to have any emergency basement repairs in the future, but if we do, DKI will continue to be our first call.

Jake Thomas did an excellent job working with our insurance company to get our roof replaced after a hail storm. He was quick to respond to all of questions and concerns about the project and very knowledgeable also.

He hired an excellent roofing contractor who did a professional job reroofing our house and garage and were meticulous in protecting the lawn and plants. They also did a great job of cleaning up.

Early in October 2022, we suffered a disaster when our sink overflowed, soaking the kitchen, adjoining dining room, and laundry/storage room below in the basement. There was a significant water problem and we needed help from professionals who could repair the damage. Rapid Restoration, DKI, responded to our call immediately and spent four long days “mitigating” our water damage. They used advanced technology to find all the moisture and removed all the sheetrock and flooring that had been destroyed. Then they sprayed to kill any mold that might have formed, set up heaters, and thoroughly dried everything else. Our kitchen was completely gutted and the basement storage room lacked exterior insulation as winter approached. The “Rebuild” process took much longer than the “Mitigation”. While we waited for construction to begin, the company made a special effort to at least restore our insulation and provided us with a temporary sink which helped us avoid two months of restaurant meals. Finally, in mid-December, work began and, a month later, all work was completed. This was three months of high stress and disruption of our daily schedules but the Rapid Restoration crew tried to make the process as painless as possible. They take pride in the high quality of their work. Would I recommend this company to anybody who needs to be rescued from a disaster? Absolutely!

We had our washer malfunction and overflow late at night. The water overflow affected a portion of our finished basement. After a quick Google search we contacted Rapid Restoration, and were surprised when someone answered our call so late in the evening. They were ready to have their on call employee come out right away, but we decided that first thing in the morning would be better. The workers arrived right on time the following morning. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and went right to work. Our water issue was taken care of quickly! We had problems with our insurance company, and Rapid worked along side with us to figure out a solution. Their customer service was excellent, and I would recommend their services!

DKI did a very good job of restoring my place after a common sink drain between condo units backed up into my unit. The project manager was very attentive that I had input into decisions and kept me well informed of timing. The insurance company was sent detailed estimates of the damage and there was good follow through by DKI in the challenging process of insurance damage claims. I would recommend them for any project as a professional mitigation and reconstruction service.

My experience with DKI was fantastic. We had a leak in a bathroom, and the response was immediate. We then not only redid the bathroom, but also decided to renovate a larger part of the house. Kelvin and his team—Andy, Norm, and more—did a wonderful job with everything. I'm very happy with the end result!
11/11/25 EDITING to add that we had another leak with our water main, and once again DKI handled everything fantastically. (And we also separately, unrelated to the leak, had them remove carpet, reinforce subflooring, paint, and add a new baseboard—and all came out fabulously!)

You never want to have to use a company like this but if you do, you can trust Rapid Restoration DKI. There are a lot of choices out there and to some degree, it felt like we were rolling the dice when we chose them. But we did our research and had really good vibes from Jake who did our assessment. With our fingers crossed, Robbie came over within a day of our first call and absolutely blew us away with his attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic. You never want to have to spend money on something like this, but I can tell you that you are going to get a good value with Rapid Restoration. And at the end of the day, that's what matters. Your house is now back to normal - and quickly.

Being in the middle of selling my home, after days of rain my entire basement flooded. I called Rapid Restoration and within an hour I had restoration workers at my door. Professional and efficient- they let me know what was happening at each step. I always knew when they would be back to check the area or move fans. I would absolutely call them again.

Rapid Restoration DKI were the most cost effective, timely, & thorough quote we received for our graffiti removal. They not only did an amazing job. They painted our window frame back to black when the removal process stripped the old paint. I didn’t even have to ask. Their site manager came and found me and explained what had happened and explained what they would do to make my entire front looks amazing. The picture I am attaching is after the graffiti removal but before the painting. RR DKI will be my go to for any future problems or referrals.

Overall, it was a very good experience. The Project Manager was easy to work with, and he put in a lot of effort to make sure that they got things right. One of the drywall guys was especially good; he came up with a creative solution to a difficult problem. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five, was that communication concerning the probable start date of the project and length of the overall project was not the best. But that said, I would definitely hire them again, and I would recommend them.

Great professional crews. Very efficient and they made a very difficult situation much easier. All the subs were great and exceeded my expectations. Kelvin was fantastic and managed every detail perfectly. He is a fantastic asset for DKI. He was indispensable to getting this major restoration completed to my wishes.

Good people attending to all the details and doing a geat job. Everyone from office staff, project managers and line workers were so supportive and working towards solving the problems and getting our house back into shape after the water damage. Great team -- highly recommended.
Water damage remediation, demo damaged areas, reconstruct. Large area of solid oak flooring needed to be refinished, which required moving all the furniture and artwork out and vacating the house. Scheduling, coordination and execution was good.

This was unfortunately our second roof leak incident, albeit in different spots. Not a fan of the roofer who replaced this roof in 2020 just before we bought the house! In the previous incident the floors had to be worked too. That contractor made such a mess in the house, did not reinstate all the trim and skimped on the coating. Bad experience, which made us very skeptical of the outcomes on the current job.

The new flooring sub-contractor was EXCELLENT! Kamfer Hardwood Floors worked clean, fixed everything, an absolute pleasure to work with. I had no idea flooring people could be this good!

The entire team at Rapid Restoration was responsive, professional, courteous, qualified, detail oriented. Communication was great throughout. The team of 5+ people removing water and moisture worked long hours over several days to ensure the job was done right and documented thoroughly. Storm damage is not something any homeowner wants to deal with yet, if it does happen, the Rapid Restoration team is the one to get it done. I hope we never have to go through it again; if we do, I'd use them again without question.

We did a project for a customer of ours that rapid restoration took phase one on for demo and prep. The level of quality and attention that was given to this project by rapid restoration was incredible. The small details they paid attention to that helped contractors that come in after them or game changers for us. A lot of times we work with emergency service companies or demo companies and end up doing a lot of work ourselves that falls out of scope. Rapid restoration is a company that pays attention to all of the details and understands everybody's affected by a simple situation. I look forward to following behind this company in the future knowing things are done right and they're done to the highest quality.
