North Lake Contracting was great to work with, very responsive and engaged with the roof replacement at our home.

We called on Sunday with an urgent request, and North Lake Contracting was at our door in less than an hour. The did the work quickly and I could not be happier with the results. We will certainly be using them again.

I hired Tim at North Lake to do a gutter job. After the free estimate, which was quick, he had a great crew out to do the job, it looks and works great. I'd use his service again.

Despite adverse weather this spring, Peter and crew were on-site to replace/repair our roof and siding with expert proficiency. If you are looking to repair, update, or just get a quote I would highly recommend contacting them. There was no pressure to make decisions and they thoroughly explained the entire process.

I called right away in the morning when we realized our roof was leaking and Peter got back to me right away and came out to look at our roof that day. They were out there fast for us to see if our Insurance would cover the hail damage and they made the process so easy. They explained the next few steps and when everything came in they came out and did a fantastic job and quickly. I highly recommend them! Derrick and Peter were so easy to work with!

I am a first time homeowner and recently experienced some wind damage during a storm. This ripped off a cluster of shingles from my roof. I was very nervous calling contractors and of course assumed I would be ripped off. The customer service I received from Timothy was great, he thoroughly explained all of my options and wasn't pushing me to do a bigger job. Also, due to my work schedule I couldn't find time to meet with him at my home, he visited my house while I was at work, gave me the estimate and completed the work, and sent me pictures throughout the process. I highly highly recommend these guys.The project took awhile on our side as we had an insurance claim but Peter was extremely patient and walked us through everything.When they did the roofing project- my neighbor who is a contractor himself commented how Tim and Peter’s crew paid an extraordinary attention to detail! Couldn’t have been happier with the outcome.With honesty and integrity their true character comes through.These guys are the real deal.

Tim and Peter were wonderful and patient. This job was 3 years in the making not because of North Lake, because of my insurance company and their lack of cooperation. My job was very complex because of structural issues with my dormers on the roof. Tim coordinated with me, the structural engineer, and the insurance company. All the decking had to be removed and new decking put on. Tim’s team took apart my chimney because daylight was showing through and rebuilt it. The top beam on the dormers was broken and a new beam had to be inserted. The waiting took 3 years the actual job took a month. The city inspector and the structural engineer were very pleased with the finished results. I highly recommend North Lake Contracting.
