We had our front concrete steps demolished and removed. They then built a good looking serviceable set of wood steps to replace them. Quote much lower than others, workers very polite, all work completed by end of second day. Will absolutely hire the again.

It's pretty cool when a contractor comes through with everything they've promised. They were on time, on budget, communicated well and were even fun to work with :) They rebuilt a complicated built-in gutter on the wrap around porch on our historic home and re-roofed the whole house and garage. This required coordination with welders, a stucco contractor and a siding contractor. Thanks Jon!

Jon responded to my post on the nextdoor app. He is very friendly, incredibly helpful going above and beyond, caring, and always responded quickly to my concerns and questions. He worked very hard to find the type of Patio Door that I wanted. I so appreciated all his hard work to make it all happen.
Nick and his crew were also very great. They are very punctual, courteous, friendly, worked quickly, and kept me informed on the progress. The old patio door was wider than the new one so they had to custom fit the new door in. Lots of work involved getting it to fit. I was very impressed with their work and how quickly they got it done. Their rates are extremely reasonable for all the hard work they put in. I have been recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. They are the best and I highly recommend them!!!!!

Jonick construction was incredibly friendly, easy to work with, quickly responsive, and did great work. Within two weeks of contacting them, we had a finished beautiful deck! I could not believe how fast and responsive they were. I was happy to support this local business and we will be recommending them to all who need any construction work!!

My first attempt at getting a roofing bid ended with the roofing contractor literally walking away. Even though he was present during the insurance inspection, the insurance payout ended up being less than the deductible. A year later Jon was in the neighborhood and suggested that I request an insurance reinspection with Jon present. Even though I have a cash value policy, the insurance company was willing to pay out a few thousand dollars this time. I gave JoNick the roofing job. The roofing job was completed in one day. Even though Jon is not one of the guys up on the roof tearing off shingles or shooting nails, he is present several times during the day. to observe progress. At the end of the day when the roofers were gone, Jon made one final clean-up pass. I got a new roof utilizing quality shingles, properly installed in one day, at a reasonable price.

We had an excellent expirence with Jonick. I met with several contractors and Jon at Jonick was very professional, gave it to me straight and ensured that our new deck would be done the right way the first time. Nick, the head of the crew, made sure everything was to my liking and gave me guidance when I didn't know what I wanted. When construction started the crew was very professional and worked hard. They were respectful of our neighbors and cleaned up every day. Between demo, new framing and permits our new deck was done in about a week and I love it.

I had a great experience with Jonick. The cost for my composite deck was within my budget. John, Nick, and their crew were very easy to talk to. They came when they said they would and worked hard. My deck was done earlier in the summer than I expected and it took less time than I thought it would be. My family and I are really enjoying it.

Jon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us decipher our insurance policy. He worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure we got our entire roof to match after receiving some hail damage. He was upfront about what to expect from the roofing process, especially with how to prepare our yard and garden. We were really pleased with the outcome!

We had several people come out to give us quotes on our deck but we really appreciated the time Jon spent going through our deck design and giving us options that fit within our budget. We were able to use some of the existing stricture which cut down on the cost. Nick and his team that built the deck were very courteous, professional, showed up on time, and built a very high quality deck. If we had any questions we were easily able to get a hold of Jon, which is a huge benefit of working with a small company. We highly recommend Jonick Construction for deck projects and will certainly use them again in the future for other construction projects.

We contracted JoNick Construction to renovate and update our tired old deck. We decided to go with composite. Jon came over and gave us a fair bid. Our deck has some unusual shapes and angles, but Jon promised to make it look great. Well, every single promise was kept! Jon’s communication was great. The crew that they use is fantastic. Every guy was super nice and they were very accommodating, especially since we have an old dog that insists on using the deck to go in the yard for her business. The deck we have now is beautiful! From start to finish, we were very pleased with how our deck project turned out. We had very quick response to our request for an estimate. Jon spent a lot of time with us going over our options. He provided drawings, material samples and pictures of completed projects that were similar to our project. Once the materials were available we were put on their schedule and they communicated every step of the way. Nick was great to work with and frequently asked if we had any questions about their progress. The crew worked very hard, were friendly and courteous. They joked around with each other almost like they were a family. The quality of the materials and their workmanship was excellent. Our finished project was beautiful and exceeded out expectations.
