Joe doesn't miss a beat and did a very thorough home inspection for us! Joe's thorough inspection of the home I am purchasing was a very positive and educational experience. In additional to really knowing his stuff, he showed me exactly what he was noting as deficiencies, patiently answered all my questions so I came to understand the best remedy for correcting the issues, and his report came just hours after the inspection was finished. The report had high quality pictures and easy to understand explanations of his findings. He also gave me a Home Maintenance Manual that he wrote which is going to be invaluable to me as a first-time homeowner. He is the best, and I highly recommend him!

Joe gave my new home a very thorough inspection by spending 4 hours there. He answered all my questions and informed me about his findings in the home and why he was pointing them out. He gave me "piece of mind" that I'm buying a good, quality home that I can live in forever. He even felt a Sewer line scope wasn't needed since it was PVC piping, saving me money! How honest is that!

Joe was recommended to me by my realtor. After doing some comparison shopping I decided to go with Joe because his pricing was fair and reasonable, plus every thing I read about getting a home inspection said to go with someone that was recommended to you. I contacted Joe by email at 8:30pm and he responded within 30 minutes. With just a few questions my inspection was scheduled and I knew the price of my inspection.

Joe started the inspection at 8am and I met up with him at about 10am. Joe is incredibly friendly and personable. He explains everything that he has found (good and bad) in a way that makes sense. He is very thorough and gives suggestions for what to do with the things that should be repaired. After the inspection was completed, Joe encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions regarding the report or questions regarding my home in general. He was very quick in getting the report to me and my realtor. I highly recommend Joe for home inspection!

Joe was just fantastic all around. He took care of scheduling the home inspection, gave me a call ahead of time to explain what he would be doing and what I needed to do, and walked through the house with me explaining all of his comments in concise, easy to understand language (which was extremely helpful for someone like me who isn't super familiar with a lot of the technical aspects of home maintenance). The report that he gave me at the end was very detailed and helpful. Joe also followed up with a lovely postcard and was kind enough to chat with me on the phone after I read through the report to answer some questions. He's also a wonderful person just to chat with. Joe was extremely thorough and took the time to show us everything he noticed, good and bad, while doing his inspection. He was quick to schedule us in and answered all our questions and then some. As first time homeowners, we had more questions than most might and we felt like he took the time to explain or look at whatever we wanted to. Couldn't have been blessed with a better inspector for our first home purchase! Joe was incredibly detailed and efficient throughout the inspection (we got the report in only a few hours) and did an incredible job explaining everything to two first time home buyers. No question was too small for a thoughtful answer. We particularly appreciated Joe going above and beyond to give us his own insights and opinions on the "must do" versus "could do" tasks. I've worked with 7 home inspectors in the last 20 years, both as a home buyer and as a seller. Joe is one of the best. His inspection was thorough, and he gave me a great walk-through at the end of the inspection where he explained what he found that needed to be addressed. He answered all of my questions (and I ask a lot--I really like to know what I'm getting into when I'm buying a home). He provided me with a home maintenance log at the end, which is the first time I've ever gotten anything like that. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive to questions after the inspection as well. As a first time home buyer, he made sure to show me personally what to look for, how to use and operate certain controls within the home and gave me a booklet on how i can keep my home in the best shape year round. Paladin Home Inspections is a great service. I am a first time home buyer and was very shy, but Joe was very approachable. I am buying a house in Cambridge, MN. Joe was willing to drive out to the house, when the others I looked at were unwilling to do so. Joe did the inspection within 2 days of calling him (called on Sunday, inspection on Tuesday). He was very thorough and checked on things I didn't notice when I looked at the place initially. His report allowed me to get a reduction on the purchase price of the Home. He gave me a lot of pointers on things to fix when I move in and I fully intend to follow through with his list. He is a great inspector, and the company is well worth your time.
