As a first time home buyer, Joe's input and thoroughness was unbelievably helpful.
His report was professional and extremely informative. He took the time to explain everything and answer questions.
He even gave us quite a few tips to help us keep our home safe and beautiful. Not to mention the awesome home maintenance book he gave us that we'll be able to use for years to come.

Joe was very helpful going through the home inspection. He not only explained everything he found in an easy to understand manner but also provided plenty of extra home maintenance tips and suggestions. Less than 24 hours later , he also sent a very detailed report with all of the information he went over. Joe was also friendly and professional to work with. I had no problems and would recommend him to others.

Joe did a wonderful job doing the inspection for my home. He was 100% transparent, funny, kind and detailed. He gave me recommendations, answered my questions, and most importantly you know he is proud of his work. He gave me a home maintenance book as well, that I will keep forever! Young first time home buyer here! Didn't know much about the process of home buying except that the inspection is extremely important. Got referred to Joe and went with it. He was extremely professional and the fast communication was great! He went through the entire home thoroughly and explained everything in depth so it was easy for me to understand clearly. He gave me great tips and advice on future things to fix, and made it super clear on what is priority vs what is not. He is also very friendly and personable, and I would highly recommend him. Great to work with and he answered all my questions!!

Recently had our home inspected by Joe and his apprentice, and it was a fantastic experience. Joe was extremely thorough and exceptionally knowledgeable, even letting us know during the inspection overview how to maintain and better preserve our home. The report of the townhouse (delivered in a very timely manner) was easy to understand as well. I would recommend him wholeheartedly!

Robert is the BEST! In a matter of 7 days, he inspected two homes for us. The price was very fair, and he was incredibly thorough. His thorough inspection of the first home, saved our family from making a huge mistake purchasing the home. The inspection was a critical piece to our decision, and if anyone else would have inspected that home, we might of made a disastrous decision. Highly, highly recommend!!

This isn't a review of this business, per se, but worth noting:

Mr. Paladin, please drive more carefully through the neighborhood. Driving excessively fast down Grand Avenue in your Paladin work truck and completely blowing through the stop sign at Grand and Prior is not a responsible or safe way to drive.

They are extremely helpful over the phone whenever I have an issue with my pool. They are trustworthy to tell me when I need to replace a part immediately and when I can wait a little longer.

Had them install 2 pools at 2 different homes, I would never use anyone else in the Twin Cities, Pat and his staff are fantastic all around

Interesting reading good reports about Prestige Pools and the famous Pat Henry. Pat built a pool and hot tub for me 20 yrs ago and “huckster” should be his nickname. Lots of promises and smiles and once he has your cash and pool is built, good luck getting responses from him. Think long and hard before you sign anything with him.

Interesting that I just a read Pat's response to my review. First off he lied and I never bounced a check to him (must be thinking of some other customer you ticked off). Google reviews were not available back then so Pat that is why I didn't leave a response for you. Check out the sarcasm in his response, really want to do business with him. Think of slime.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT - We purchased our pool 8 yrs ago and have been so pleased with the service of this company. It has been easy to enjoy our pool. Service after the sale seems to be the motto. The fantastic customer service we receive from everyone at this family owned business is genuine, and with an attitude of "we really want to help you". It's refreshing to work with a company with that perspective.

From the first call, through the install and all the follow up questions a pool owner will face, Pat and his crews will be there through it all. Treat them right and they return it double! They are very responsive to emails and phone calls and any situation that arises. Their communication is above and beyond, especially when using their opening/ closing or weekly services. You always know to expect them on that day. I refer them without hesitation any time some asks. Keep up the good work!
