We loved every single part of working with Prestige and their amazing crew! From the very beginning, they exceeded our expectations. Every single person on their team was a pleasure to work with, but I have to give a special shoutout to Pat —this guy is incredible. His knowledge, top-notch communication skills, and, yes, his beautifully sun-kissed skin made the whole experience even better.

Everything was done on time and executed perfectly. Finding a pool company was not an easy process—it honestly felt a bit overwhelming—but we were so glad we found Pat and Prestige. They made the entire journey enjoyable, and the results speak for themselves.

We love our Pool from Prestige!
Pat, Patrick and Lucas were great to work with throughout the entire building process as well as pool maintenance once it was open. Our project ended up being quite a bit bigger than we originally anticipated, but we absolutely love our backyard and the finished project!
At some point, we will build another pool at our next house, we will absolutely be calling Prestige for that project in the future.
If I had to give them any critiques, I would have preferred a little bit better communication throughout the entire process, there were times When there was no one at our house for days at a time as the project was ongoing but yet there was no communication to tell us why no one was there working.
Otherwise, these guys are great and highly recommended!

Outdoor innovations: recommended
These guys built a huge retaining wall across our entire backyard. It looks great and we absolutely love it.

Synthetic turf solutions: recommended
These guys installed about 600 ft.² of artificial turf around the perimeter on the backside of our concrete slab, looks super nice and we get a ton of compliments about it.

Dakota fence: you can do better.
I would not recommend these guys simply because they offer the exact same product as every other fence builder but yet their price is significantly higher, you can find the exact same thing from someone else for quite a bit less, save some money and use someone else.

Concrete arts: not recommended
Honestly, I don't even know where to start. I would definitely not use these people, save yourself some stress and find someone else. We like the concrete patio, but it is blotchy and does not match because it came from a couple different concrete batches, they said it was still curing But it was poured over a year ago and still doesn't match, there were other issues as well that I don't need to list here.

Anderson Bros: recommended
This is a landscape crew that we hired to restore our yard after the project, a bunch of young guys just starting out, they did a great job and price was very fair.

Kelly Green irrigation: recommended
These guys installed a new irrigation system after the existing irrigation was destroyed due to all of the heavy equipment driving all over our yard, they did a really nice job and seem to be priced fairly.

20 years ago we took the plunge and had Prestige Pools install a pool in our backyard. It’s the smartest decision we’ve ever made. Acquaintances who went with other companies tell us horror stories of their installs gone awry. We feel so bad for them as it can get costly trying to correct poor construction/installation issues.

Today’s post was spurred by our most recent interaction with Prestige. Our auto cover after 20 years of opening and closing finally died. A quick phone call to Prestige had them here in a flash. With all the shipping issues out there I expected a long wait for parts, but not so! They went out of their way to get what we needed and had it installed within the week, impressive for how busy they are this time of year.

Very happy after 3 years with our Prestige Pool. Was on the fence whether to go with the weekly maintenance program, but it's well worth it. The pool is always flawless. The crews are polite and professional. They've earned our recommendation.

We genuinely loved working w/ Pat & his team at Prestige. They were upfront & honest w/ us throughout the process, never cut corners, and helped us to design a pool that optimized how we would use it. The biggest concern (for us) when making an investment like a pool is potential regret afterwards b/c you didn’t design it correctly and aren’t using it like you thought you would. I don't write a lot of google reviews, however, I felt the need to let people know how good this business is. I had a sensor go out on my heater over the weekend, with people coming for a party later that day. Panicked, I texted the owner at 6:30am. Mind you it was a weekend and it was not during business hours. He had someone over within an hour. That is just one of the many quality experiences I have had with these guys.
A pool purchase is a big decision that is expensive. You want to make sure you have someone who knows what they're doing, as well as, has your best interest to protect your investment.

Professional, organized, straight-shooting, high quality. Used Prestige Pools to install a swimming pool in our backyard. Contract details, timing, payments were very clear. Quality of the project was outstanding. The team from Prestige who installed the pool (summer of '21) knew what they were doing and were incredibly hard working. Everyone at Prestige friendly and responsive. The owner, Pat, provided us good advice related to a few options/decisions we needed to make along the way...telling us what he believed based on his experience (not simply telling us what we wanted to hear). We appreciated his candor. Fast-forward to late Spring 2022, we are very much enjoying the pool. And we decided to use Prestige for the regular, routing servicing.

I was so impressed with the service at Prestige! I was given their name by a friend of mine that used them for her build. I also contacted 2 other companies as well. The first company really didn’t listen to me and kept asking me “if (you’d) like to double check with your husband”….sorry, but I’m the project manager and financier here so no, I didn’t want to check everything over with him. The other company flat out told me they were too busy to help me. Pat from Prestige personally returned my call promptly and answered all of my questions. We were building a home and we wanted to make sure the kit we selected would accommodate a pool. Pat helped us with choosing between a couple of options, he helped us with design, he came out to the house and assessed the actual yard after the house was completed to ensure everything would still work….this was all before TAKING A DIME OF MY MONEY! To me that is truly amazing customer service! They are so helpful in connecting you with everyone that you need through the process….gas, electrician, landscaping….it would’ve taken me months to try to coordinate all of that! Having a pool company that is so well connected with genuinely good people made this process so easy! We went from retaining wall to pool to full landscaping done in about 3 weeks! It was remarkable to watch. Now that the pool is done they are STILL following up to make sure we don’t have any questions. I can not stress enough how amazing this company is! As a small business owner myself, I know the importance of caring for your customers and I can tell when it’s genuine….and these guys are genuine. They are a family run business and you can tell they think of their customers as an extenuation of their family. I look forward to continuing to work with for years to come! From start to finish, the team at Prestige Pools has been nothing short of exceptional. Every member of the staff is genuinely friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond in every possible way. It’s no surprise that Pat Henry, who installed my first pool is the first call I made when I built my new house. This company has been around and trusted partner for more than 30 years. We built our 20’x44’ pool with Prestige this summer, 2024. We had a truly amazing experience. We met with 4 other companies & received from each bids before choosing Prestige. After much research and going through the process of interviewing and getting proposals with all of the top companies to find the best for both quality of work and price, we contracted with Prestige Pools. Our experience to date has been everything you want it to be- in terms of communication, follow through and execution. See pictures of the project from before, to underway beginning August 21. 100% best possible build outcome and continued service relationship with everyone at Prestige years later. I’ve heard all the bad stories from others experiences elsewhere and only good stories of friends and family that have built with PP since I did. Quit thinking about it and hire Prestige. Asher Judd with Outdoor Innovations created an exceptional landscape design of the pool placement and subsequent hardscape that organically flowed with our home, deck, and yard. Whether it was pavers, coping, or boulders, Asher’s teams thoughtfully, artistically, and precisely placed each piece with great care. We are thrilled with the result, a perfectly sized pool deck that is beautiful and meets all our entertaining needs.

We recently had our pool installed by Prestige Pools, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. We were initially overwhelmed by the idea of building a pool—so many decisions, moving parts, but this company completely changed our perspective.
