We just did our inspection for our first home! Joe is an excellent man! I called him with questions at 9-10pm and he still answered the phone! This was the only time I could talk due to my work hours. Inspection was lovely and easy to understand. The report was also easy to follow! Joe provided the best home inspection I've ever seen! As a real estate investor, there are few things as important as a good inspector who can point out all the things you need to be aware of and make sure you know what you're getting into. His inspection was the most thorough I've ever had - he even had drone pictures of the roof and 360 deg photos of every room!

This proved to be very helpful in the time of covid and having limited opportunities to return to the house to look for things. The photos have even been helpful to reference when working with designers and architects to remember what the layout and roof line was like. He spent plenty of time reviewing his findings and made sure to answer any questions I had.

Cannot recommend Joe enough! I had a property to close on with a mandatory quick-close (21 days from offer acceptance), and he more than made accommodations for our expedited window. Plus, he made the report available that evening ahead of schedule. He was very thorough and worked hard to provide as much info as he could. Unfortunately that property did not appraise for nearly what the sellers were hoping to get, so I didn't close on that property, but I am already scheduling my next inspection with Joe to come to my next property. I highly recommend Joe and find he is well worth the price!

Joe was extremely knowledgeable inspecting my home before I purchased it. I used him twice, the first time he found a major issue with the house that caused me to not by it, for which I am extremely grateful. The second time was for the home I ended up purchasing, he said there were only minor issues with it and there have been no surprises since then.

Lastly, he was on time and professional throughout the inspection; his pricing was competitive, and the summary and report filled with organized comments and pictures were very handy for me to revisit and make additional plans for my home. He provided a handy home manual with lots of very valuable information on how to maintain its general amenities, spaces and structure, to ensure I take great care of my property and enjoy a stress-free life in my new home.

Joe was very thorough and easy to work with. He was willing to travel, meet quick schedules, prompt, easy to get in touch with, and when it was all said and done he provided a very comprehensive analysis of the property. In my case he made various recommendations about what could be improved (although not required or necessary), and how to improve them. I would definitely recommend Joe/Paladin for your home inspection.

Joe was incredibly thorough in his inspections and so personable. He is a great teacher and was more than glad to answer any and all of our questions. It was really great to be with him while the inspection was going on and we got a lot of the whole process. He took detailed pictures, gave great recommendations on how to fix and maintain items that was all included in his report. We also received a Home Maintenance Manual at the end of the inspection, which we're really looking forward to putting to good use! We're so glad we went with Paladin and the inspection service more than paid for itself.

I contacted Joe for some follow up issues my son was having with a sump pump. This is his first home and Joe provided a very thorough inspection months ago. Unsure where to call about issues today..we reached back to Joe. Joe was very helpful,patient and professional. He gave good advice on the issue and provided education in simple terms. He was busy but took the time to provide great advice. Many companies are not reachable after the business transaction ends...but Joe is willing to help even months after the actual inspection. Joe was amazing! We finally got an accepted offer on a townhome and he was very timely in getting it inspected for us. During the inspection he was friendly and welcoming. Joe helped us inspect a house we made an offer on. He was very responsive, and more importantly very easy to work with. He has a very fatherly approach and walked me through everything. There were luckily no concerns but there were a few areas he wanted us to be aware of. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable he was also great to talk to. At the end I even asked if he does repairs as if he did we would make him our household repairman. Unfortunately he can’t do that for houses he inspected or else we would have had him on retainer.
