We had a great experience with Ojeda Drywall & Painting! Great communication, speed, price and quality of work! From the project manager Pablo and the owner Danis to their entire crew, they did an outstanding job and were very responsive, transparent, and followed through with every promise made. They are great professionals, very knowledgeable and skilled, have a great attention to detail, and are very hard working people. It has been a pleasure working with them!

We hired them to do some upgrades to the walls and ceiling of our garage, as well as refreshing the stain of a wood stairs. Since we were in the process of doing several other renovation projects around the house and had some traveling scheduled, timing was important. They worked with us and adjusted their schedule to make it work. Greatly appreciated!

The communication with them (mainly with the PM Pablo and partially with Danis) was outstanding! He made sure we were well informed about the schedule, the process, and followed up with any steps. After each major step he did thorough review of the work and did any necessary follow up work, as required. This is such a great service, which I have rarely seen from a company! For a context, I have been involved in design and construction for over 30 years, and also we've been dealing with several home remodeling projects for the last years.

I can easily say that Ojeda Drywall & Painting is one of the best companies we hired and they well-exceeded our expectations! We could not be more pleased and greatly appreciative of their service! We absolutely recommend their great work and service to anyone!!

This company was wonderful to work with!
I needed a skim coating of my kitchen ceiling due to numerous cracks. The individual who did the initial quote came right on time and provided me with a quote the day of.
After getting multiple quotes, I decided to go with this company. They were easy to coordinate the start of the project and it was able to begin very soon after I chose them to provide services.
The workers were all very timely, respectful, and hardworking. They did an EXCELLENT job and I am SO happy with the results. I will definitely be contacting this company again for future drywall services!

Ojeda Drywall & Painting just completed a paint project for my home and did an amazing job. I had a very high up beam that I couldn’t reach well that needed to be touched up. They got my estimate faster than they said they would, completed the job in a timely manner, and made sure I was happy with their work each step of the way. Thank you for doing such a great job!

We had a complex project with extensive drywall repair in a large
vaulted room. We are very pleased with the job and extremely impressed with Danis, Pablo and their crews. Everyone was pleasant, considerate, responsive, hard-working, highly skilled, and eager to please. It is easily one of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor and we would welcome the opportunity to work together again sometime.

They did an excellent job hanging, taping and painting the sheetrock in my basement. Very reasonably priced and Danis has an attention to detail and required perfection from his employees. Would definitely recommend!

We hired Ojeda to do the drywall and painting for our large addition (new construction), including an area that has 20+ foot ceilings. They were very fairly priced, very prompt and professional in their communication, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I would definitely hire them for a future project and would recommend them to family and friends. A lot of contractors cut corners or don't get back to you. Ojeda is not one of those contractors. They stuck to the schedule, cleaned up after themselves, and checked in with us often to make sure that we were OK with how things were progressing. Would highly recommend!

5 stars for great communication, speed, price and quality of work! Prior to engaging Ojeda Drywall, we had hired another drywall company and very quickly saw concerns with the install. As we were under a tight deadline and could not afford to lose days, I took to a community Facebook page where I saw Ojeda Drywall come highly recommended a few times and reached out.

Danis & Pablo messaged back within minutes. The following day, Pablo (the Project Manager) walked through options I could consider to meet my timelines. When it came time to deliver, they well-exceeded expectations! They made an exception to bump up availability considering my situation and started immediately. They were transparent, responsive, and followed through with every promise made. They even cleaned up work from the prior contractor to provide a perfect end product. I could not be more pleased and appreciative of their service! We've got other projects and are already thinking through when we can bring them back in along with already referring them to friends.

Danis and his team did an AMAZING job. They did interior painting and popcorn ceiling removal. The walls in the house were in really rough shape. I know there was a ton of prep and repairs that had to be done before they could even begin painting. Even with all of the work involved they finished 4 days before we expected them to be done! Danis was always extremely responsive, punctual, and professional. They did an excellent job covering everything and left the house nice and clean. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. I am so in love with our new knock down texture ceilings. Truly my only regret is not doing the entire house, because they look so good!! We would definitely use Danis in the future and already have some projects in mind.

10/10 recommend. Very happy with the work and the team at Ojeda! We had A LOT of popcorn ceiling scraped converted to flat and it looks SO GOOD now. Ojeda also repainted walls across 5 rooms on two floors as well as the stairwell. Their attention to detail, neatness, fair pricing, and clear communication throughout the process was top notch!!

They were able to cover up imperfections in the walls in our 100+ year old house so much better than I ever could have. They paid so much attention and care to our house like it was their own (and when they left there was no trace besides a transformative job - wow!). I checked in several times mid-way and can tell Ojeda took great efforts to make sure there wasn't even a speck of dust or paint where it shouldn't be.

I'm very grateful we were able to hire these true professionals since the house looks amazing and the whole process was smooth throughout. Pablo was flexible, kind, and offered a great mix of guidance along with letting me choose low VOC paints products which was important to me. We even made a couple of changes mid-project and that he helped us with really well.

When we're ready for any other painting or drywall repair, I will be calling Ojeda again!

Hired Ojeda Drywall & Painting to complete a drywall project for my home. The experience was nothing but professional from start to finish. I needed an 8’x 2’ section removed, replaced, and painted. My estimate was very professional. Measurements and video were taken to ensure everything was accurate. The measurements were confirmed during the estimate and on the day work was started to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I was given a fair estimate and the quality of work before they’ve even finished is impeccable. So much so that I wish I included the seem repair. At the end of every day everything was cleaned up. The repairman was very respectful of my home. As a woman homeowner I felt respected and safe during the entire process. I will be hiring them again for future repairs.

We had never done anything like a kitchen remodel before. West End Kitchen made the process understandable, easy and fun. Everything we were hoping for, and more was accomplished through the design and delivery. The craftsmen’s work from the flooring to the lighting to the cabinetry was wonderful. Any changes we made were handled quickly and without stress. Richard and Anna were great to work with throughout. The timeline and process were presented clearly. The detail in the design was done to meet all our needs right down to the spice rack and open shelving for our cast iron pots. Unbelievable. We love our kitchen.

Based on the recommendation of some neighbors in our condominium community, we recently worked with West End Kitchen on the renovation of our kitchen and two bathrooms. Throughout the project, we were extremely impressed by their attention to detail, meticulous planning and organization, deft construction management of various subcontractors, fairness and honesty, and personable demeanor. The resulting finished work is outstanding! We love our refreshed spaces and have wholeheartedly recommended West End to other neighbors. At last count, more than a half-dozen of them have also hired West End for their kitchen and bath projects. They, too, have been extremely pleased with the results!

West End Kitchen did a wonderful job on my condo remodel. They managed the design and construction of the kitchen, bathroom and fireplace wall. They were responsive when I reached out and got the work done in a timely manner. Their contractor and subcontractors were all very professional. The work is well done. I'm really happy with the process and the finished product.

15 Years and LOVING IT!

Our house was built in the mid 60's. We made it our home in 1987. In the 20 years that followed, we painted the cabinets white, had white hardware, pink Formica countertops (what were we thinking?!), and some cheap hanging lights (see picture). After some time, we planned to replace the door fronts and get new countertops, but we had second thoughts after pricing it all out. Thankfully, our good friend had her kitchen totally redesigned by West End Kitchen. We asked them for a plan.

It has now been over 15 years since our original review, and we are pleased to say that we still LOVE our kitchen! Kitchen styles can come and go and become in vogue again but a high-quality well-designed kitchen that stands the test of time is a gift that keeps on giving.

We went from a rundown ho hum kitchen to a showstopper! We highly recommend getting a good carefully designed set of plans. Doing this will rule the day! For our money the best place to do that is West End Kitchen!

We are truly enjoying our kitchen renovation by West End Kitchens. Ours was a major renovation, combining 2 rooms in a 100 year old house. We moved walls, ceilings, and plumbing, built a new floor, and new windows; not easy in an old house. The result is fantastic! They were easy to work with, developed and stuck to a tight schedule, employed excellent subs who did amazing work. The cabinets they rep are excellent, and followed our choices for appliances, counters, and finishes exactly. Great job!

Kal Effendi is my go to for so many things. Kal adheres to a budget and a timeline! His standards are second none. I have appreciated his guidance, which for the record has saved my thousands of dollars due to some of the crazy ideas I have. From roofing and door replacements to finishing an entire basement, you can trust Kal and his team.

We were very pleased with Kal Construction and its renovation of our basement, third floor apartment, and installation of air conditioning throughout our 11,000 sq. ft. 1909 home on Summit Avenue in Saint Paul. The design work was performed by Merv Hough and his plan was executed by Kal Construction with remarkable quality and attention to detail. The work was completed on time. We could not have been more pleased.
