We just did our inspection for our first home! Joe is an excellent man! I called him with questions at 9-10pm and he still answered the phone! Joe provided the best home inspection I've ever seen! As a real estate investor, there are few things as important as a good inspector who can point out all the things you need to be aware of and make sure you know what you're getting into. His inspection was the most thorough I've ever had - he even had drone pictures of the roof and 360 deg photos of every room! This proved to be very helpful in the time of covid and having limited opportunities to return to the house to look for things. The photos have even been helpful to reference when working with designers and architects to remember what the layout and roof line was like. He spent plenty of time reviewing his findings and made sure to answer any questions I had. I can't recommend Joe and Paladin enough and will be sure to use him for my next purchases!

Joe is awesome! He was super easy to work with and communication was crystal clear and respectful the whole time. He is excellent at meeting you at your level of understanding and giving you all the details you could want. I did not feel like I could have a dumb question, as he seemed excited to teach me. Great guy who's very good at what he does, and is passionate about the quality of his work.
