Disappeared When It Mattered

We hired Rich for snow removal this year, but he said he was too busy with other work to do the job during the latest snowfall. For us, being professional means keeping your word and stepping up to responsibility even when it is not convenient. There are always excuses, but a measure of personal quality is commitment. We look for a higher standard and were disappointed.

High Maintenance Services committed to a job at the end of the season then decided he could not fit it into his schedule at the last minute. We needed to get the house on the market and power washing was critical to the presentation. Fortunately we were able to find a couple of more reliable providers to get the job done before the freeze.
