Pat was extremely professional and thorough from the minute he walked through the door and provided a quote until the very end of the job. He and his team were extremely detailed. They prepped - vacuumed, moved furniture and put it on risers. They went into every closet, hit every corner of the rooms and stairs! They spent almost 9 hours! I am beyond impressed. My original 19yo carpet looks BRAND NEW! They even left fans and dehumidifiers to borrow to ensure everything dries thoroughly. I highly recommend!!

Pat and his tech DJ did a great job. Our carpets were so thick that they absorbed soo much water/solution, so Pat let us keep a bunch of commercial fans for a few days. Now that is great customer service!

Pat is truly a life saver! He went far and beyond to help me. I had a white stain on my laminate wood floor. It was an aggressive stain and I scoured the web to find tricks/methods in how to remove it. I exhausted all my efforts. Defeated, I looked online for help and called multiple professional floor cleaning services. No one picked up. Feeling dejected, I stumbled upon Pat's company. I wasn't sure if anyone was going to pick up and was surprised when Pat did. He agreed to immediately come out the next day to check out the stain.

Once he arrived, he used various cleaners but none seemed to adequately do the job. We both quickly concluded that the damaged plank/board would need to be removed and replaced. I went on to further explain my predicament to Pat. I informed him I was moving out of state in two days and did not want to leave the damaged plank/board for my buyer. The least I could do was fix this before I move. But, who was going to fix it in such a short turnaround time? I was at my wits-end and had no one else to turn to. Pat graciously offered he will reach out to his contacts/network and try to find someone who can help me ASAP. He honored his words. A couple of hours later he reached out to me and said an individual he knows in the home remodeling business was going to call me. This individual did and we were able to make arrangements to remedy the situation.

I cannot thank Pat enough for going out of his ways to help me in my time of need. The care and attention he provided exceeded my expectations. Pat is amazing. I highly recommend Pat's services to everyone. Rest assured, he will do his best and take good care of you. Thank you so much Pat.

Pat did a great job cleaning my sofa and two ottomans that were handed down to me from family. They initially smelled strongly like dog and after he cleaned them, there is no trace of that. I would say the sofa was at least 15 years old and today it feels brand new. I’m happy to let my daughter snuggle into the fabric now that I know it’s clean.
Pat also had good communication and I was able to set up an appointment within the week. I would recommend him for furniture cleaning, and I’m sure most people don’t get theirs cleaned enough... or ever!
