I have never had a bad experience with Junk Genius! We use these folks at my work, a housing complex for seniors, and each time they are here they are respectful of residents and efficient in their work. I contacted Mike, we had an emergent issue needing to get a bed removed from a residents unit and he sent Chris and Shawn out early this moring. I was running behind and both Shawn and Chis kindly waited instead of asking me to reschedule, which would have been entirely acceptable. Seriosuly, the nicest guys and they made quick work of the project. I just cannot say enough good things about these folks!

Sosa and Junior were wonderful. They explained their process and how the cost was determined, and they answered all of my questions. They were very efficient and got the job done quickly and painlessly.

Absolutely amazing! Paid more than expected but they took out everything we wanted. Joseph and his co-worker were incredible! Thanks for helping us move the rest of our stuff out especially on such a cold day and last minute. Diego and Dillon did a magnificent job emptying out a two bedroom apartment. Very professional and kept the hallways clear and clean while moving everything out. Very good job!

My neighbors are using this lawn care company and I am not. Today (6/4) my wife and cat were in our front yard and my wife was on a business call when they started mowing the neighbors lawn. Instead of doing the right thing and coming to say "hey were are going to start mowing the lawn" they just started and were using the large mower that was making the most noise at the time. I confronted them about this and he claimed that my wife wasn't visible when she was sitting on a bench in the front yard 5 feet away with no obstruction. Instead of apologizing he doubled down and stuck to "I didn't see her" then proceeded to tell me to "get f-----." I will be having a conversation with my neighbors to hopefully get them to cancel this service.

Just checked the site and it was Alex, the crew leader, who I had the conversation with.

They offer a highly professional snow removal service. I don't have to worry about how I'm going to get my car out of the garage if there's a heavy snowfall. They'll often work overnight, which means that in many cases we're the house on the street that has their sidewalks cleared before everyone else in the morning. I highly recommend them!
