RTD power washed the upper portion of a 3-story building for us. This portion was covered in mildew and was very unsightly, but by the time RTD was done, the area was looking brand new! Great work RTD!

As a seasonal resident, I just completed my first winter visit and am extremely disappointed in the quality, promptness and utter lack of communication. They must know I've been away for the last three or four years and take me for a sucker.

We use RTD every year for holiday lighting. They light our 70 foot evergreen tree and it looks magnificent. Their service is outstanding and we've very happy. 6 years of continuous service.

Deck cleaning was very good. Deck staining, not so good. Paper thin initial coat (final coat as far as the workers were concerned) of stain looked terrible. Had to ask for second coat. Started noticing other areas after the crew left, so called and someone came out later but only touched up the worst of it. I figure, if you have call more than twice, the company's not too concerned with quality. Decided to finish the job myself and the supposed "sealed" deck sucked up 3 gallons of the same stain.
Their brochure says all the right things. Their actions say otherwise.
"Your decks old stain will be stripped...". "OH, this deck's stain doesn't require stripping ".
"We use a moisture meter to ensure dryness before staining...". ,"OH, we don't have a moisture meter with us today, but it looks good to us".
I would not recommend this company!

Travis did an exceptional job on our power washing and waterproofing. He worked so hard on our deck, two walking bridges, shed and wishing well. We will definitely be using their services again. Thank you again, TRAVIS!

RTD has missed my driveway twice in two weeks. Then I call, and never get a response. They said to email their office last night, which I did, and I’m still not plowed after 1:00 on Saturday.

Why is this service so bad that I have to do their quality control for them?

Great with Christmas decorations! Made my home look absolutely gorgeous. From the consult to installation to removal, the entire process was easy and enjoyable.

Dustin came out one day and did an amazing job pressure washing our deck. He came back and stained the deck. He was so professional, he is a true asset to the RTD company. Five Stars

For the most part you do a good job. But there are times where it looks like they just wet the truck and no soap my fuel tanks almost always still are dirty with the back of truck. So when you guys don't wash my truck I do go else where so my truck is almost always clean. Wish it was the same guy everytime you wash then it would be more on detail

RTD has done Christmas lights on our house two years in a row and the customer service is excellent! Everyone from the office to installers is amazing, professional, and shows great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend using them!

Jeff did an awesome job at my buildings, my customers were concerned with all the oil stains, Jeff got them all out and even sent us before and after photos. Highly recommend!

We used RTD to refinish a deck they had originally stained in 2024. The process was seamless and they delivered service on time. We will work with them again.

The ice dams came back that night and by the next day the ice dams were back to the original size, so it was a waste of a lot of money. They are extremely expensive and it is an extremely slow process so it's not worth it. The guys they sent were nice though.

Great service for the most part. I have used them for several years and my feedback has been over the same issue. Simply, when the driver pulls my snow out into the street it gets 'cleaned' up in the direction that doesn't include my mailbox. When I shared my concern with RTD in 2023 I was told that they were aware of this and were talking about it at the mgmt level. 2024 saw no change AND we really didn't have any snow by MN standards! When I signed up for this year I was told they were aware of this issue...ok. This mess turns to ice very quickly and I'm not happy with it. USPS (God bless them) just drives merrily around my mailbox until they can safely stop and deliver. So, on the grand scale of current events, I know this is NOT one that 'will cause small children to die'! I am happy that I use RTD and you will never again hear me say, "THINK SNOW" in any month.

I had RTD Services pressure wash my home from rooftop, decks to siding. Zac was wonderful to work with from scheduling to making sure everything was up to my expectations. My home looks great...I will hire RTD again and highly recommend them!

This will be about our fifth year of using RTD's driveway snow removal service, so obviously we are quite satisfied! Although clearing our driveway itself would typically not be a major effort for us, we are located on the outside of a curve and get 3-5 X as much "snowplow droppings" ("driveway ridges" in RTD's termnology) as our neighbors, which had become a significant problem for us by the time we became aware of RTD. They not only clear the driveway easily, but make 2-3 visits to keep up with the snowplows, making our remaining snow removal (generally) a simple chore.

We’ve been using RTD for our biannual ramp power washing and they always do an amazing job! The team is professional, reliable, and thorough every time. We really appreciate their attention to detail and consistent quality of work. I highly recommend them!

Roof to Deck is a great company! The field team is excellent as they cleaned, applied sealer to my shake roof and logged shakes that had to be replaced and cleaned windows and doors after each step. The schedulers in the office were excellent keeping us abreast of times and scheduling around intermittent showers.
All in all a well run organization.
