These guys were unbelievable. They came out at 10:00 PM and worked through the night in -12 degree weather to take care of our ice dam. They were absolute pros and saved our house from getting serious water damage. They were really responsive and helpful on the phone and great when they got here. Hopefully we don’t have to hire them again because hopefully this won’t happen again, but if it did, we would call them immediately without hesitation.

We used RTD for both pressure washing our house and deck and refinishing the deck. The pressure washing of both the house and deck were thorough. Because of the age of our deck, the stain did not leave much color (cedar). RTD was very understanding and sent crews back to apply additional coats until we were satisfied. Highly recommend RTD.

Never callback never got a Bid

Excellent job at an excellent price! Showed up when they said they would, and removed my 45 foot tall diseased Ash tree in 3 hours. Highly recommended. Will use them again.

We have been using A1 Walsh for over 2 1/2 years. They have always provided us with excellent service. They are very thorough when they cut your trees as well as cleaning up. The employees are very friendly. Sometimes it takes awhile to schedule a time with them, but it is worth the wait. They do a fantastic job and the prices are reasonable.

Don’t bother. Only communication was when I reached out to tell them about when/where they missed shoveling or when asking for monthly payment. Tonight they didn’t bother to clear the 12+” off my garage apron. Most likely, I will end up paying someone else to take care of it. The ONLY time they did the full job was at the very beginning when they could use a leaf blower to clear. When contacting the office, all I got was excuses that snow removal is hard and all blame was shifted to their employees. No responsibility was taken by the owner.

I had new sod put in last year 1/2 of my front yard is gorgeous. The other half which was done with sod that was left in my driveway for a whole weekend. Looks very sad. I’ve got so many bare spots and brown spots that it doesn’t compare to the other half They had to come out and replace my edging which they didn’t put in correctly the first time but did a great job the second time. For sodding, I would not recommend them

Live in a triplex and contracted for snow removal for the season with them. We had no problems until the 9 inch snow this week that they didn’t show up for. Started calling and leaving voicemails and last night, 36 hrs after the storm I got a response that we were accidentally left off the list but would be added back on and they’d be out before the end of the night. They weren’t. Today I’ve tried every 4 hrs to call and now their voicemail is full to no response and the driveway and parking pad is treacherous slop during the day and dangerous ice at night, after being completely impassable the day before. There seems to be no sense of urgency or ownership in their contractual responsibilities they agreed to in taking on seasonal snow removal.

Lazy and trying to ghost me. I had a contract with Steigauf Brothers for snow clearing this season that includes my house along with 3 of my neighbors. 9 inches of snow fell, but they only cleared half of my sidewalks and didn't touch the driveway. They told a neighbor that they weren't sending out plows to do driveways for houses, and were expecting the snow to just melt. Repeated messages to them went unanswered.

30 hours after the snow stopped falling the work wasn't done and there was no communication from them at all. It wasn't until I finally cleared the snow myself that I got a message saying plows would be out to clear driveways. I never saw one of their plows come by. I tried to terminate my contract and get a refund, but they won't respond.

I stopped by their office today and there was no one in. Their own sidewalk wasn't even shoveled 48 hours after the storm.

In trying to find some other way to get in touch with the company I found that the old business owner recently sold to Cohl Kerkau, and then sued him in conciliation court for collecting accounts receivable he wasn't entitled to.

Do not trust them. Do not hire them.

I have used Steigauf Bros for more than 15 years. Mark and his brothers had a wonderful reliable yard service year round. You could always depend on them doing an excellent timely job. The company was sold about two years ago and the new owners are not reliable. It snowed 9 inches last Wednesday and after repeated requests they finally plowed my driveway on Sunday morning. It was impassable with drifts. I will not be using them in the future. I think it is very unfortunate that the client base which was so well served in the past has to cope with this inefficiency and poor service.

Snow removal - I do not recommend Steigauf brothers for snow removal. I mistakenly used them for two years, and both were extremely frustrating. Compared to my neighbors snow removal services, Steighaf are typically the last on the block to get snow plowed. After large storms the wait is even longer, and I have to shovel the front steps, which defeats the purpose of snow removal service. I typically don't leave reviews however I wanted to warn others since snow covered steps can be a safety hazard. Very frustrating and unreliable service due to never knowing when they will show up.

My tree was removed and stump dug with true professionalism. The ground crew took extra care not to damage my garden and lawn. Great price the real deal and expert service.

Very happy with our MN Tree Pros experience. Not only did they come out for a same-day estimate with a very competitive price, they arrived the following day and began working to trim a very out of control tree in our front yard. Excellent communication, hardworking, and respectful. Recommend!
