They forgot to do all the basement windows and I had to call them to schedule an additional visit. They did a good job but the guy seemed annoyed that he had to come back and didn’t apologize. For $500 it looks nice but I would have appreciated better customer service. Next time I’ll opt to do the windows myself.

The crew of two showed up on time, and were done in an hour! They did a great job clearing all the ice dams and ice out of all the gutters!! Thanks!!

Squeegee Squad Mpls came out and cleaned only the exterior of the windows as requested and did a fine job. However, it required the removal of my screens, when reinstalling the screens 6 of 14 weren’t installed properly which wasn’t immediately evident and I had to reinstall them myself.

UPDATE, they contacted me and offered to come out and verify there weren't other issues - I declined because I'd already corrected the problems. The job I hired them for was done well and would not have any issues hiring them again.

We have so many windows and many are high up . Alex and Freddie had a great teamwork system of washing the windows-they used their tall ladders to get to all of them and didn’t even hurt any plants around the house. The windows have never looked this sparkling! Both young men were so polite, so careful in moving things, and so efficient! We will definitely be using Squeegee Squad again.

Squeegee Squad guys were on time even a little early. Got right to work after we did a review of what needed to be done. Power sprayed the whole house and did the 2nd story windows that I don't have the nerve to climb a ladder to get to. They did a great job and the cost was the same as the estimate which is always good. Thanks guys.

We used Squeege Squad for the first time. Gabriel and Giovany did an amazing job. We have many windows and they've never looked better. They were so efficient and polite. We definitely will be using this company again.

I'm very disappointed in the customer service I've received from Sqeegee Squad. Their cleaning crew accidentally broke a blind and promised to replace it. Accidents happen so I wasn't upset until I had to make multiple calls over 5 weeks to get someone to fix it. (Supposedly they'll be here next week.)
I spoke to their customer service manager and she promised to get the right team involved but I never heard from her again. I had to call the main number and start over.
Last year they skipped windows because rain made it difficult to reach these windows. Again, they promised to follow up and never did.
I've asked to speak to a sales manager several times and have never received a call back. I'm given a different excuse every time as to why they haven't called.
I will not be using them again.

Very professional, did a wonderful clean of 33 outside windows and two very high inside windows, plus gave them a nice gratuity!

Horrible experience with Aaron at the Minneapolis Home Show. He acted like a stereotypical pushy sales guy and made inappropriate innuendo jokes. Not professional or a good look.

Squeegee Squad did an excellent job when pressure washing our home! The James Hardy Siding looks as good as it did when it was put on in 2010. The colors just popped! The team at squeegee squad had strong communication skills during the process. I would highly recommend them for work at your home.
