Initially it was a cloudy day so the next day there were some streaks. Their customer service contacted me and they came back out on a sunny day and re-washed the large sun-room windows. Excellent re-do.

I love the ease of scheduling and the work done by Squeegee Squad. They arrive within their window of time, get to work quickly, and are very efficient and thorough in washing the windows. Absolutely amazing experience from scheduling to completion. Everyone in the office is personable, knowledge and patient. The 2-man crew that came out today did a stellar job. I knew our windows were dirty, but had no idea Squeegee Squad could get them this clean. It was no small feat considering these are the complicated MAC windows you have when you live near an airport. Considering the amount of windows (and again the type of windows) we had cleaned - the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend and will use again.

Affordable, efficient, and easy to work with!
All windows, screens, and tracks were cleaned well. Communication was great. Price was competitive. My only complaint is that they didn’t put all the screens back on very well so we had several screens that fell out of our windows into the yard when the wind picked up. Otherwise, they did a great job!

The windows were very clean when the cleaners left. They arrived promptly, confirmed what they were doing, inspected the windows and confirmed I had a window with scratches. After cleaning inside and out, screens and tracks, he walked around with me to be sure they were cleaned to my satisfaction. I've used them several times now and have always been very pleased. They are professional, courteous, and quick. I highly recommend them!

From first conversation to job completion, Dream Steam exhibits high customer service focus. We experienced a floor reaction mishap. Follow up and resolution was swift!!! My technician, Joe Payette, is young and exhibits strong work ethic. I am in my late 50's and it was refreshing to experience Joe's energy and follow through to make sure I was happy--rare qualities according to my experiences. Joe even gave me his direct cell phone number to ensure prompt connection.

Very Satisfied! We had stains that we would've bet a lot of money that couldn't be cleaned - but Joe Payette from Dream Steam got it all cleaned! Cat urine, wine spill from the holidays, dirt from outside, etc was all gone. Joe was very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend this service - a lot cheaper than new carpet!

In my opinion the business Dream Steam has a lot going for them...they are punctual, professional, hard working and most of all seek to please there customers. My dad has owned his carpet cleaning business in MI for 34 years now so as the daughter of an experienced carpet cleaner, to say I am picky would be an understatement. When Dream Steam came out to my house we had them clean our sofa, love seat, chair and wool rug. There were a few stubborn stains that did not come out the first time but John (who runs the truck) was eager to assure me that they would be back out within the week to tackle them again. The stains are now totally removed and our furniture looks close to new!!! Thank you Dream Steam for being a company that our family will use for years to come!!!

Dreamsteam responded quickly to my request for an estimate. I was able to get on their schedule within a few days. The person assigned to the job was knowledgeable, careful, polite and clean. I would definitely use Dreamsteam again.

I have used Dream Steam a few times and they will always be my go-to for carpet cleaning. We thought we would have to replace our carpeting due to some stains and Dream Steam really salvaged our carpet, saving us thousands of dollars in replacement. They are professional, friendly and reasonably priced.

Edit 12/2/20: After the initial cleaning that left one of the rooms in our home with a musty smell Joe P. contacted me to understand my concerns and offer to remedy the issue. The room in question is a basement room that has heavy pet traffic and not a lot of airflow. He was extremely helpful in helping me understand the cleaning process and possible causes for the smell. He offered to personally come back out to our house and re-clean the room. Throughout the whole process Joe was very good about keeping communication open, was very accomodating to our schedule, and very apologetic there was even an issue in the first place. It has been 3 days since the room was re-cleaned and there is no smell whatsoever other than a fresh, clean, new carpet smell. Very pleased with the remedy and attention that Joe provided. I would recommend Dreamsteam if you are in need of your carpets cleaned!
