Joe and his partner were great! I don’t usually leave reviews but I told them I would for them! Anytime I needed to call Joe for a question prior to the day of service and on the day of service he answered every single time. The day of they came and cleaned everything within a hour and they even tried to help me with another stain I had that wasn’t included in the service I had selected. They were nice and funny and polite and didn’t try too hard to be professional or a complete stranger it was a great balance. They got the stain out of my rug and my couch smells so fresh and clean! I would 10/10 recommend!

The company was very professional and thorough. They did a fantastic job of making our 5 year old carpeting look brand new again. We had quite a few different stains and with the conscientious and diligent work from Dreamsteam all of them came out. The carpeting smelled fabulous and I can add that it only took 4 days for our house to sell. I believe that Dream Steam can make your carpet smell as good as baked chocolate chip cookies would to potential buyers. Priced very reasonably I would definitely recommend and I will for sure use them again in our next home.

Due to the relocation we need clean our carpet in the whole house before we can sell it properly in a very urgent timeline. And all my questions and expectations could only be communicated on the phone. Dreamsteam worked at our empty house with my neighbor opened the front door for them. After a week, when I finally could go home, I was very happy to see that all carpets upstairs / downstairs looked so clean! And their price is really very reasonable too. I feel we were taken care of like we are a family, not just a business. Very satisfied and appreciate!

Very cost effective and amazing quality of work! We were moving out of our rental and needed carpet cleaning done within a 2 day window where our furniture was moved out and when we no longer had access to the house. I spoke with Joe the manager on the phone and he was very nice and accommodating. They were able to fit us in the next day! The technicians D and Robert were friendly, quick, and did amazing work! We had some stains from a very concentrated dye in the carpet that I was concerned about and they used a special cleaner to make it look like it was never there. The place looked brand new after they were done, I will absolutely be using their services again!

I’m beyond impressed and thankful for the VERY thorough carpet cleaning we had done today by Dream Steam! I had called 3 separate companies - zero rez included- and I was tired of Zero rez coming, spending 15 minutes and then at the end of the cleaning, telling us it was actually another $300+ that wasn’t told to us before having them out and doing the cleaning.
Dream Steam was amazing!
I spoke with Mark the owner and he assured me that wouldn’t happen and it did not! The cleaning was well overdue and we had pet urine in multiple spots upstairs and in our basement. The technician who was here REALLY worked hard to get the stains out and was incredibly thorough! He was here for about 2.5 hours and there was no added costs to what I had spoken about previously with Mark.
I wanted to make sure and leave a review because I myself feel like I have to depend on reviews these days and for anyone in the metro area needing carpet cleaning- I HIGHLY suggest Dream Steam!

Big shout out to Dream Steam! So easy to work with while getting an estimate and scheduling.

They just left and I already know I’ll absolutely use them again. Prompt and thorough. They even mentioned the door would be cracked for the hose so we could make sure our cats didn’t get too curious and wander out.

Rugs still need to dry but so far look so much better. They also left a few plastic squares so we could put a few furniture items back while protecting the legs. A local business like this is easy to support! Highly recommend.

Mark was very helpful, kind, and professional in getting us set up to steam clean our furniture. The technicians were knowledgable, on time, clean, and thorough. We have used them a couple of times and seen great results. Our 5 year old couches look brand new! We will recommend them to friends and would definitely use their services again in the future.

Marc from Dreamsteam was great, got me booked for a job I needed next day! The booking process was extremely fast and simple & the Tech, Diavion and his team were great and punctual. The job was done quickly and turned out wonderful! 10/10 will use again!

Robert Did a great job. Was on time, finished in the time frame he said he would. Carpets were super clean and looked great. I would definitly use DreamSteam again.

Dream Steam handled a difficult bathroom tile problem with skill, and professionalism, with excellent end results. Communication was excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'll definitely use them for future projects.

Wonderful to work with and very thorough cleaning! Technician, Robert, was attentive and friendly. Worked with us to make sure everything was cleaned well- went above and beyond cleaning behind furniture. Marc was fast with scheduling the service and had great communication throughout the process. Another Update 1/14/26.
Joe Payette works miracles again. I called Joe regarding deep cleaning tile grout. Joe came out to the house and turned Filthy disgusting grout into practically like new condition. I new he could clean it but I never imagined that it would turn out so incredible.

Once again Dream Steam has taken amazing care of us. Joe came out today and cleaned three bedrooms and the living room/dining room. It looks like new! 👍
Carpet cleaning companies seem to be really hit or miss but Joe and Dream Steam are always Top Notch quality and professional. Joe cares so much and is the nicest and most personable guy ever. I highly recommend these guys for your carpet cleaning needs.

Dreamsteam did an excellent job! Great communication, polite and respectful staff, and it was nice to have area rugs cleaned without hauling them out of the house and returning them. All their services were top-notch!

People tracked in a lot of salt on their shoes during the winter... it got ground into the carpeting in our church sanctuary, could not be vacuumed up and looked terrible. Robert cleaned the whole thing and did a fantastic job! He was on time, courteous, professional, skilled, and communicated well with me from start to finish about the project. Dream Steam gets an A+! We were very pleased when the carpet cleaner came on time and introduced himself upon arrival. He asked us what we wanted done and we told him and he went to work right away. He did a thorough job and asked if we wanted him to clean any other way. We answered and he left shortly afterwards.
