Darryl (sp?) was fantastic! He got out stains I had no hope for and worked out a great deal too!

Unstable to give any star at all. It forced me to put star on otherwise I can't post this review. Very disappointed about the service and technician, Devin. Before he clean, he alredy refused to clean the 4 chairs. He said if he clean the chair, the stain will be still there. 3 of the chairs don't have any stains or dirt on them. He still refused to do them. Although, he did the pre-treatment to the carpet, but the stains are still there. He made excuse that the carpet is too old. They probably only use only water and steam. That's why he knows that the chairs can't clean up the stains. It's not what their video and pre and post clean carpet pictures show. They are faulty advertising. I told my neighbors about his poor job.

I just had ZeroRez clean the carpets in our home, and the entire process was simple, straightforward and I'm very happy with the end result.

I booked the appointment using an online form, and received a call back to confirm my appointment date/time soon after, as well as a call on the day of the cleaning to confirm their arrival.

Jack was our carpet cleaner and he was wonderful. Great communicator, kind, and is meticulous in his work.

We had ZeroRez come out today to clean our carpeted stairways, and Larry did a fantastic job.

Stairs are one of those areas that get worn down fast and are almost impossible to keep looking clean — but he completely brought them back to life. The carpet looks brighter, the traffic wear is gone, and the whole staircase feels fresh again.

Larry was friendly, professional, and efficient. He walked us through the process, answered our questions, and was very respectful of our home while working. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and cares about the result.

Really happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend ZeroRez and would gladly have Larry back again.

Keith was very knowledgeable. Gave us some great tips to extend the life of our newer carpet. Also did a great job cleaning the carpet and cleaning up after himself. We will definitely be using them again.

I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment Kenneth arrived, it was clear that professionalism was his top priority. Larry was amazing! Courteous and professional and honest about what stains could and could not be removed. The carpet looks much better and there is a fresher smell throughout the house.

We were pretty disappointed. Our realtor had a phenomenal experience & recommended them. Tech seemed nice and professional but there was no visible difference. We were hoping ZeroRez would help us get our home picture ready. We would not recommend.

Zerorez did a really good job this morning cleaning our carpets. The Service Technician called ahead as promised, arrived on time and was efficient and thorough.

It was fast and easy (45 minutes) two rooms. I wish I did this a long time ago. Highly recommend this company. They were on time and friendly and professional.

I just painted my living room and wanted the couch and chair cleaned. There was a same day opening so I was thrilled. The person who came out was very friendly and professional. He stated that one of the chairs was not going to get clean but u told him to clean it anyway. It was fine for what I used it for. The couch looks new. I also wanted the tile floor cleaned but he wasn’t comfortable cleaning it because it was limestone. I didn’t matter to me so that job was not completed.
I would give him a 5 out of 5 for the job and the price!

Chris did a great job. He was friendly and he knew what he was doing. My carpet is about 12 years old and has never been anything but vaccuumed for cleaning. I'd say it looks about 85% of the way back to new. There were a couple stains that didn't come up, but those stains have lived here for a very long time. There were also some stains I though would never come out that are now gone.

Most of the carpet cleaning turned out very satisfactorily except for the living room.

Wow!! Our ten year old carpet looks brand new!!! Nick was personable yet professional.

I thought I’d have to replace my carpet, but Zerorez was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain the process before beginning, and then explain how to treat future pet damage, what to use and how to use the cleaners he recommended. It was expensive, but worth every penny!

Mandel was awesome, he let me know when there was about a 30 minute window for his arrival. He explained everything and all possible options I had and how long it would take to complete and then after care. Very polite and understanding. My estimate was pretty much exactly what I was expecting from the website to the payment. Would 10/10 recommend him and zerorez. My carpet looks brand new again!

I had an excellent experience overall. I worked with their technician, Devin, who was great. He was timely, asked about my specific needs, thoroughly reviewed services, and made appropriate recommendations without pushing unnecessary add ons. He demonstrated quality customer service. You could tell he took pride in his work and cared about my experience.

The guy was nice but did not clean under my couch, chair or
Coffee table. All light enough to move very easily. The parts he did clean look
Great, smells great but bummer that he missed some big spots!

Our appointment was 2-5. Got a call at 11:30 and person said they could come early. Set time for 12:30. Waited until 2:30, when another technician called said 45 min. He showed up. Larry did an excellent job.
So my problem was with the scheduler who showed have notified me when they had sent the first technician someplace else.

Joe was absolutely wonderful! Super personable, asked questions and did a fantastic job overall. We even snuck in an extra room and he was able to give us a great deal which we really appreciated. We would love to have him back in the future!

Your technician Art was here today for carpet cleaning, and my 20 year old, dogs and children worn carpet, looks great! I have used zerorez for many years to clean my carpets and they always do a fantastic job.I don't expect miracles with all the traffic that has went through my carpet in 20 years, but their cleaning gets close Their techs are always very personable, courteous and respectful of your home. I also appreciate the discounts they offer, I stopped renting cleaning machines years ago because of them. Keep up the good work! Thank you.
