Pick up and return of rug was much much appreciated. I’m in my 80s and couldn’t have managed without that service. There was a big stain on my oriental rug and I had no idea what it was. I tried home cleaners and it didn’t touch it. American rug laundry made it look like new again. Thanks for excellent service and friendly staff.

I have been coming to the American Rug Laundry for 30 years and have had about 50 cleanings of older vegetable dyed rugs and newer weaves. They assess the rug carefully. I have not had a rug bleed. Dog urine is well removed. The repairs from simple tassel fixes to more extensive reweaves are very well done. Many of the staff have been there for a very long time so they must be treating them right. There are a variety of volume discounts. This week, Miles (no relation) even took me on a tour of the cleaning plant. It was fascinating. An essential Twin City resource.

This is the first time I've used American Rug Laundry. They did a FABULOUS job carefully cleaning my vintage Dhurri rug. It looks absolutely beautiful and was well worth preserving. Thanks, and I'll spread the word about ARL!

They did an amazing job with a rug of my grandparents! It was old, had not been washed previously and had fraying edges and missing fringe. It looks like a completely new rug! The fringe work and edging anre impeccable! The price was very reasonable for what they did and the pick-up and drop-off service was convenient!

We usually live your company and know it is reliable. We had two rugs picked up for an estimate to be cleaned and the cost was more than $800.00. They are beautiful rugs but wish we had been given an ideal it would be that much before we sent it off. I think best to give a ballpark estimate over the phone before they pick up.

I trust American Rug Laundry with the cleaning of our fine hand-made rug. We purchased it there in 2014. They are dependable and had it done before expected. They were courteous and professional. I inquired about runners, and although I did not purchase one at the time, I was given exceptional customer service.

I am very happy with the service I received from American Rug Laundry. I have had some rugs that have needed cleaning fir years and just didn't know where to take them. My mom found them and we have taken a total of 6 rugs in this year. The staff were informative about our rug types, which wash to use, how they wash and dry, and more. It was exactly what I was looking for. And the prices were very fair, so I felt the drive from Menomonie to Minneapolis was worth it! My rugs look great!

I have an indoor/outdoor rug that had seen better days and I was considering throwing it out. But i sent it to American Rug Laundry for a last chance…they did a wonderful job and it looks brand new. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend or family member. Great job!

We took two of our rugs here to be cleaned a couple weeks ago and could not be happier with the results! Both rugs had never been cleaned and were looking dingy. We tried to clean one of them with a carpet cleaner first which was a huge mistake! It made the rug discolor and we were almost ready to throw it away but figured we would see if American Rug Laundry could get it to at least have a uniform color. They made the rug look like new! We are beyond thrilled with both rugs and will not hesitate to bring our rugs in to be cleaned again! They did a great job and the prices were reasonable!

Oh, it was fantastic to have our 2 large rugs cleaned by American Rug Laundry! My rugs are old, but with their expertise and excellent cleaning Methods, these 2 rugs look completely new again. Oh and the customer service is fabulous! I highly recommend this company!

It is my go to place for cleaning my good rugs., would not consider anywhere else. Even when relocate to Ely will always bring my rugs to be professionally cleaned. Prices reasonable, turn around as stated when dropped off. Great service.

American rug laundry showed true pride in their work. We had a really tough problem with animal damage to a rug and feared it was a total loss. The rug required several soakings to remove the problem, .Mike, the manager in Golden Valley, really stood by the company’s policy and tackled the issue, making sure that we were completely satisfied .

Would only recommend visiting the rug laundry on site to receive an accurate estimate on your cleaning your rug. The variation in price is so unstable. In addition I have used rug laundry previously. My rugs are cleaned well. But in receiving this current quote on the phone they ask a new batch of questions. Where is your rug from and there is now an up charge added if the dye used in the rug is not stable. A new gimmick to get more money to clean your rug. In the 15 years of using the rug laundry never asked these questions before.

Rude customer service, had to call to see if rug was ready, phone person didn’t know, went in directly foe them to say that delivered it last week…I was picking it up. Then dug around back and finally found it.

Great Customer Service, carpet cleaned in timely manner. Only issue was parking the old location had plenty of parking.

I believe the quality of work they do is very good. Cons: The verbal quote I received (with measurements) was about 20% less than the actual cost once I brought the rugs in. And one of my three rugs was missed in their scanning process, therefore I was never contacted that the order was complete. I realized it was late by about 2 weeks when I inquired. So some customer service areas could be improved but will likely use them again.

I was so disappointed with the outcome of the two services performed. I had a couch cleaned (in home) and a rug sent out for cleaning and both were returned to me in far worse condition that originally presented in. I called following the in-home service because a (new) water mark was left on the cushion and a field manager came to spot clean. It still was not fully restored after the second appointment. Sadly, my favorite area rug went to them for cleaning and was returned to me severely discolored and smelled like a mix of water and dirt. While their level of service was excellent, the result and level of care for goods entrusted was very poor. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.
