Awesome service & my rugs always look fabulous when I pick them up!

They had great deals over the holiday, they were very helpful with explaining and deep cleaning my rug that had been through the wringer with my pets and kids. It came back smelling and looking wonderful! I’m already picking out the other rugs I’ll be getting cleaned next~ I highly recommend!

Fantastic service and great job cleaning our 10x12 deep shag rug.

I dropped an area rug off on a Monday, and was advised there was currently a two week turnaround. I was surprised when I was notified the drug was ready for pickup on Friday. The rug was cleaned professionally, and obvious pet stains were removed. We are very happy with the quality service from start to finish, and will definitely recommend to others in need of rug cleaning services!

If you have animals you understand the need to get your rugs to the spa 😅 our dog and cats LOVE our rugs and you can tell, but after sending them to ARL our rugs are fluff and dirt free! With their contactless pickup and drop off right to my door it was the easiest experience, the hardest part was just missing our rugs but let me tell you SO worth it.
Our rugs complete our home, in my opinion a home isnt as cozy without a rug and a rug isnt clean unless its been to ARL.

I have a hand-knotted oriental wool rug that's 40 years old and was given to me by my mom. Before bringing it to American Rug it was rolled up and stashed in a basement closet because 40 years of pet stains persisted despite having been professionally cleaned before. It smelled bad and I was on the verge of throwing it out.

I just picked it up this morning (along with another rug) and am absolutely blown away by the job American Rug Laundry did cleaning it. Not only did they remove the smell, the fringe, which was stained yellow from age, vomit, and urine, is back to being bright white and looks brand new! I didn't think it was possible for the fringe to be restored to such a pristine condition.

The price was somewhat on the pricier side; $400 for two rugs to be cleaned and treated, and that was with the new customer discount. The professional service I used before was cheaper, and fine for casually soiled rugs, but my rug (which that other service failed to restore the fringe) was in such bad shape and American Rug saved it from being thrown away, so was worth the cost.

I would recommend this cleaner to anyone with old rugs that are in rough shape.

Great customer service. I have a Nepali rug that I inherited that did not smell very nice. They assured me they could get the smell out and they did. And it looks great. Will use them again in the future for sure.

Great service and friendly folks! Rug was badly treated by a sick pet -- they cleaned and then treated the rug to make it easier to stay clean in future. Displayed lots of deep knowledge about the make and fibers in our 1980s Aubusson wool rug. And icing on the cake, they easily carried the large rug from car to cleaning area and back. Thank you!

I love taking care of my beautiful rugs. They look amazing after getting cleaned. I appreciate learning more about the types of rugs they are. The staff is knowledgeable and they care. Also good source of rug pads and small rugs for kitchen sink and entry ways.

Our rug is small and 100% wool. It had a good sized stain that really ground into the rug. I was going to throw it out, but I decided to have it cleaned. The finished product was amazing, and I am so glad I decided to have it cleaned.

I have always had great service and loved the results of my clean rugs. My recent service though was disheartening. I had a number of really big , heavy rugs to bring into the store. I went inside to ask if they had a cart. A young man said no and didn't seem to bother with what looked like an obvious task to get the rugs from my car into the store. He did at one point get one rug...not the biggest or heaviest. I usually get an email to tell me when the rugs are done but needed to call twice since there was no email. I know this sounds like a real first class problem (because it is) but the feedback may help the store stay on top.

Very professional and careful cleaning of a hand knotted, non-color fast, silk carpet. Removed pet urine stains and odors. Completely satisfied and will recommend ARL to friends.

We have always had a great experience with American Rug Laundry. We just had several rugs cleaned. They did a great job with a rather dirty and somewhat fragile rug, and also told us what kind of rug it was, where it was from, and that it would have been woven on a portable loom.

I just got back my foyer rug that the dogs had a couple accidents on. They did the deep clean and it came back showroom new and a few days ahead of schedule.

We have lots of pets so we need our rugs cleaned regularly. The American Rug Laundry is the best. They are prompt and professional. We have a few special rugs and they take good care to preserve the color and wear while also removing stains and smells. Highly recommend!
