Our building has wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows that face a busy street— they get extremely dirty! Juan was meticulous and thorough, and some remarkably grimy windows are now sparkling. We have been CleanPro clients for several years and recommend them heartily!

We used Lakeside Luxury to clean our house before pictures and staging since we're moving and we were very disappointed in the results. We ended up having to vacuum a few rooms and mop the kitchen floor and our gym floor even though they had just cleaned the day before. We understand that with the size of the house and us having a dog that sheds it would be a lot to get all the fur, but we didn't think we should had to vacuum and mop ourselves right after and wipe down some vents to get more hair out and clean up spots missed on the walls. For how much we paid we expected to have our place spotless. While they offered to come back out to clean again, we had to stage and had to add furniture back to our house which would make them cleaning pointless since we cleaned it and there was now furniture in the way of the areas they didn't get clean well.

Maybe it was a bad day for them based on the other reviews but we don't think we got what we paid for.

I’ve worked with Lakeside a couple times now in a precessional capacity and they are always on time, extremely organized and very good at cleaning and prepping a space for me. Their attention to detail and care for the space cannot be understated.

As a manager of a small clinic I hired Lakeside Luxury to keep the clinic clean and take care of the daily on site waste. With our last crew we had several incidents of theft. Two months in with Lakeside Luxury and we have had no such cases. The crew seems professional and does a thorough job. If one of our doctor’s clinic is running long the crew is flexible and circles back to those exam rooms at the end. It’s been 10/10 so far!
