After a not so nice experience with an in home cleaner, Kat has restored my faith. She came for the first time and did a five hour clean. She found all the places that had been missed in our move in clean and made our home feel glorious. We were both home working all day and enjoyed her energy. We have signed on for regular cleans.

I’ve never hired a cleaner before so was nervous about the process. Mostly because I never have people over when the house is messy so it felt a little uncomfortable to let someone see the house like that. But that’s what Nicole was here for! She was very respectful, non judgmental, and was kind to my animals. She even brought some treats for them! It took 4 hours to scrub my somewhat neglected, 1.5 story house from top to bottom. A task I could never do on my own in one day! I’m very impressed :)

We had a deep clean of our home done before our baby arrives and it was magnificent! Our home is definitely very well lived in, and I have two young kids that are still learning how to clean up after themselves. There was food dried on to the dining room and kitchen floor and the table and other kitchen surfaces and it was all removed and left sparkly clean! I finally feel like I can breathe for a moment knowing that all of the deep cleaning has been taken care of. It makes the day to day tidying up so much easier!

Liz is awesome! Had one clean that wasn't great, and the team called and rectified the issue pretty quickly. Felt very comfortable with Liz, she was so sweet and very detailed. Thanks, Kitty cleaners!

Kitty Cleaners do excellent work, so intensely. They have wonder equipment, don’t bang the furniture around and use steamers to clean tile. Very professional, uniformed and work their entire visit! Highly recommend them!

Kat and the rest of the team at Kitty Custodian have all been fantastic to work with. They are super flexible with scheduling and great at communicating with us so there is never an issue with timing. We have a recurring cleaning scheduled but some of our friends have also used them for just the occasional deep clean so they are great if you are looking for something regular or just a one off too! Plus they bring treats for the pets so even our dog is excited to see them every time

The cleaning time was changed by the company, shortening the booked cleaning time. I agreed. I needed this advanced-booked cleaning done! The cleaner was early, and eventually wanted to leave early. That was fine…I was already cleaning behind her. She began on the tour at the kitchen counter, telling me that she would not touch that counter because she didn’t want to move things (toaster and coffee pot on pull-out bamboo sliders). She didn’t clean the bathroom shower soap dish (or most of the bathroom), did not clean the microwave, or did not go upstairs to the two bedrooms. She refused to use my Shark steam mop, and instead used a mop she carried in her stash (that was likely harboring unknown pathogens from other houses). She did not clean downstairs (dusting, as I pointed out on the pre-cleaning tour) or clean under radiators. Wait! I couldn’t possibly list everything…basic cleaning tasks…she did not do. What did she do? She quizzed me on why I didn’t have family pictures anywhere (She said that she was looking for pictures). Well, I do not enjoy clutter. “Thingies” all over a house is unsettling to me. I had just broken my wrist, and the family was coming for a visit, so I had to clean the house myself for next-day arrival of said family, and with just one over-used arm. I asked for “nooks and crannies,” get-in-the-corners cleaning, because I keep the house pretty darn clean. But she did not even remove dust in plain sight. She left, and I was relieved. Perplexed, I asked the company if perhaps one or more of these things were true: that she did not like cleaning, did not know how to clean, or that she might have an non-physical illness. I was absolutely serious. It was frustrating, annoying and unsettling. Cleaner’s name: Pam.

Our cleaner was great ! I was in post surgery recovery and it was really nice to have this help. Our cleaner was thoughtful and checked in on my priorities and even did a little extra.

A godsend! My stove and bathtub are SPOTLESS. I didn't even know they could look like that. Forest addressed the rooms/areas I wanted to prioritize and my house feels like a dream. I'll definitely be booking again for routine cleanings!

I met Kat and immediately knew my house would get professionally and thoroughly cleaned. And it was. My husband and I are seniors and don’t clean our house as we use to. So Kat had a job to do! She did an awesome job. The bathtub looks new.. the kitchen floor is spotless and she had to work extra hard in the downstairs bedroom. And I can breathe the freshness in the air.
