Absolutely horrible. The cleaner never showed up for the job, and when I spoke to Mitchell on the phone he was unprofessional and rude - he said he would come by my business to reschedule the job and he never showed up or called. Ridiculous.

Hired them to clean my house. Great value for the price. There were a few small spots that were missed, but nothing major. Cleaner was timely and really nice guy. Will totally be using them again.

Hard working, professional cleaners. Great for cleaning the house top to bottom. Especially when you need to clean the house before and after the holidays. I hate cleaning so it's always Worth it to have someone else do the cleaning for me m they are affordable and good at cleaning. They are accurate about their tome frames and costs, wirh no hidden costs. Definitely recommend them for both regular cleaning and deep cleaning

I normally do not make reviews but this company is great. I have to give them their props. I have been using them for years. My friend referred me to her dad's company when my house was just overwhelming dirty. They were on time and had enough people to tackle the whole house in one day. Afterwards I was so happy to call it home. Every year since they come for a cleaning and I feel so much stress lifted. Being a single mom I feel like the rates are reasonable and the service stands up to all expectations. Give them a try. Let them take your cleaning worries away like they did for me.

Yvonne did a great job for us. Found all sorts of dust and dirt we didn’t even know about! Very detailed and thorough work. She is also very prompt and kept good communication regarding appointments and timing. Highly recommend her!

Amazing! I thought I would have to regrout my bathroom floor because the dirt would not come out no matter what I or anyone else did. Yvonne made the floor and the rest of the bathroom sparkle. She is fastidious and thorough. She is the cleaner that even my very picky grandmother would have approved. Her hard work is positively inspirational (I began cleaning other areas as soon as she left).

I asked on my local Woodbury MN Facebook group for recommendations for a company that could clean my gutters and reattach a downspout. I've never had this service in the past and didn't know where to start. There are a lot of companies out there.

One of the recommendations was S&M Cleaning Solutions. They were very responsive when I reached out to them and scheduled cleaning for 2 days out. They asked questions and suggested I send some pictures to make sure they could fix my downspout.
The communication and responsiveness was refreshing! I found a company willing to take a phone call, give a bid, schedule and confirm the appointment. All in a timely manner. As someone who is currently remodeling, finding a company to respond, commit and fix potential problems is a breath of fresh air!
I also added on window cleaning. I'm very pleased with S&M and found their pricing very reasonable. My gutters and windows look great!
I plan to schedule inside window and screen cleaning soon.

Mike and Company did a great job cleaning gutters at three properties. Prices were fair, communication was great and invoicing was easy to pay online.
