I debated on posting this for a while, but I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with the level of detail with our move in clean. I specifically asked the cleaning team to focus on removing soap scum from one of the showers, and there's still a lot of soap scum in one of the areas of the tub. They also didn't dust the walls or tops of doors and windows in most of the rooms, and there's visible dust there. $600 was a lot to pay for a just okay cleaning.

Sandra and her Team Green came in and spent 2 hours cleaning my home. I couldn’t be happier! They were thorough and paid meticulous attention to detail.

I was in a pinch. I am getting a condo ready to sell and I needed a cleaning crew quick to prepare my kitchen to be painted. I reached out to another service and never heard back. I saw The Maids on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I received an immediate response to my inquiry that someone would follow up with me the next day. I heard back from The Maids. I was able to get a crew in the same week I contacted them. Blue Team was amazing. They worked together and got the impossible done. After the works is complete on my condo, I'll be calling The Maids and requesting Blue Team back for a final deep clean. I was so impressed, that I am considering setting up a cleaning schedule in our new condo. Thank you, Blue Team and The Maids!

The Maids are simply fantastic. They are thorough to the utmost, coming in with a checklist and leaving no stone unturned. They don't make any excuses, and will even move things within reason to get to the dust and dirt, and ensure everything is cleaned. They even organize items, papers, toys, etc. and leave you nice surprises like towel animals :). I love that they have a manager/team lead that comes onsite to review the cleaning before signing off on it. We have used them for 9 years now and will continue to do so. Team Thean Green (Veronica, Leonela, Yulexi, Alejandra, and Jesus) was particularly amazing - I cannot commend them enough. Thank you!
