My carpets look great! These guys were on time, professional, friendly, worked fast. They even left stain remover, blot cloth and booties. I highly recommend!

Jon and Val were very professional and personal. They were honest and did great work. We had our downstairs carpet and staircase cleaned. It looks fabulous! Will definitely call them again when we need their services.

Jon and Christian did a wonderful job! I have two small kids which makes for a lot of mess and everything they cleaned looks fantastic! They did a large area rug (creamy white even), our couch (light grey), and a few other miscellaneous items. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had a doggie diarrhea incident on our carpet for 1.5 days... terrible! We decided to call a local place and "Ultimate" was it. They were on time and very friendly. They assessed the situation for us and helped us understand the details of the clean-up. They also identified some other problem areas we should be aware of but were not pushy at all. They did an amazing job... and were quick about the work. I'm having them come back to do a few other rooms for us. I highly recommend them.

This company was fantastic to deal with! From the person who answered my initial call to the folks who came out to my property to do the work, they were all friendly, kind and professional. Their prices were great, they were right on time and they did an amazing job! The cleaners who came into my home wore masks and booties, so I felt that both myself and my property were protected at all times. They cleaned a couch, a large sectional, pillows and even my patio cushions! It is so nice to have these items all freshened up, especially with pets in the home. I also love that it is a family-run business, with a husband, wife and son all working there. I will be sure to use them again for any of my cleaning needs...I highly recommend them!

We hired them to clean our living room and dining room carpets as well as our family room furniture. We had decided to skip cleaning the family room carpet, thinking that it was beyond anything they could fix. However, as they diligently worked to revive our couches, they also touched up our carpet and we now feel it has a few more years left in it! The bottle of cleaning solution they left with us has also been wonderful. It’s amazing what it will get out! Great business!!

I had tried Ultimate Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning yesterday for the 1st time. I had them come in to clean our sofa and sectional. I cannot say enough good things about this company. 1st thing they did was to lay new moving blankets over our wood floor so as not to scratch it with their hose(s). They also put corner protectors on all the doorway jams, furniture legs, etc. so as not to scratch those. Their method of cleaning was very thorough, and they exhibited great care to get all of the surface areas shampooed and vacuumed nearly dry. We had a power failure while they were here, so I could not vacuum under our sectional to pick up several years of dust and minor debris, so they got their floor nozzle out of their truck, and vacuumed the rug for us. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional and efficient in all that they did. Would not hesitate to recommend / use them again.

Ultimate Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning just cleaned the carpet in our basement. I was impressed by the service and quality of clean. I appreciated how they put up corner guards to protect my walls from their hoses, and wore booties on their shoes. They were even able to remove a "mystery" stain. Highly recommend this family business!!

We just had Ultimate Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning clean our family room carpet as well as our upper stairs and landing area. They did a fabulous job. The price was reasonable and they completed it in an hour. They had to work especially hard on our stairs due to cleaning mistakes we made trying to do it ourselves. The carpets look like new. We will definitely call them to clean our carpets again!!
