Maid Brigade is a great service for house cleaning. They are always on time and they do a wonderful job with all aspects of the cleaning. They even offer a once a month option if you are on a budget!

After using these guys for over a year we finally had to stop service. They did ok but really only did surface level cleaning. I know every clean isn’t a deep clean but I also don’t want to pay to have someone run a damp rag over my counters very quickly and call it good.

Maid Brigade has been invaluable to us as two working professionals. It's so nice to come up to a clean house and a friendly note from the employees. I would highly recommend the service!

Today at 1:50 pm, I was driving south on 494 in Minnesota. Their driver cut me off and slammed on the brakes. Didn’t even use their turn signal or anything. If their cleaning services are anything like their driving, I would avoid them at all cost.

My parents are getting up there in age and its difficult for them to clean. I found Maid Brigade and they did a wonderful cleaning the first time so they will be coming back monthly now. So happy to have a professional team at reasonable prices to keep my parents home clean.

Horrible! My house is about 50% clean after 3 people worked on it for 2 hours. I kicked them out after finding out they were cleaning my floors with water...WATER!!!! I'm sure that will pick up all the dirt from our family plus pets. They will NOT use special cleaners you own for special tile surfaces...will only use their own, which we can't have. They can't get tile clean, can't get mildew clean in a shower and even their dusting was horrible. I'll be cleaning for the next day to get the rest done. Unreal.

We have used Maid Brigade for several years. They are always thorough, quick and polite. We especially like our regular team, Tatiana & Gloria. They even put up with our 10 month old puppy. Well done.

I am so disappointed! I was really looking forward to my first ever house cleaning. We scheduled a deep clean with the returning monthly service. They came to do a deep clean of most of the house, which somehow only took them a little over 2 hours. That was my first surprise...
They did not clean the sunroom, which I asked for, so it actually took me a while to even realize they had been there. Then I started noticing all of the things they missed. I'm really not even very picky, and I am NOT the kind of person to return something unless it's really bad. ... This was so bad.
They didn't vacuum behind doors, the kitchen floor wasn't even swept and was still very dirty, the bathrooms weren't dusted, and the list goes on. Literally, I have a list of over 20 things they missed and they are all things that should most definitely have been included. The worst part was the note from the maids saying that there would be a lot of areas that "needed a few times to get really spotless." I'm sorry. I was paying you to make my house spotless! I could have done a shoddy job in a couple hours for much less than 200$.
My last complaint is the customer service person: she only offered for them to come back to do a better job, which didn't work for us (guests coming in town next day) and feels very uncomfortable (oh hey, you did a terrible job, come back in my house please). They didn't offer any money back at all and I'm just not the kind of person to push that kind of thing. My husband wants to contest the credit card payment. We honestly never return things, so this was really bad. She also said that these were two cleaners that had been there a long time and "must have had an off day." Jeez! No, thanks. I am so bummed because I was recommended this service by a friend and will definitely be looking elsewhere. If you have high standards I would find a different company.

We hired Maid Brigade to clean our house in preperation for selling. When we returned home from work, we found very little had actually been done. There were dead flies on the window sills (inside). The counter tops had not been wiped down. Floors were vacuumed but not mopped (hardwood floors). They asked if we wanted our oven to be cleaned, to which we said yes and that was not done. And the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Basically, we had to come home to re-clean what wasn't done.
We called to dispute the charges and were left helpless. The owner did offer to send someone back out to re-clean, but we had already completed their job for them. They charged us the full ammount and felt that was a fair deal because it was under the estimate the provided (no kidding, they didn't do anything!)
Long story short, I don't recommend this service unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars to clean your house yourself.

Read below for comments from the owner (who never spoke with us directly). It's funny, some of the "miracle" they were unable to pull of included wiping down surfaces of counters, mopping hardwood floors, the dead flies on the windowsills...Somehow, I was able to pull off these miricles. Again, if you want to pay $200+ for the basic clean you do when guests are coming over, this is great. If you want attention to detail, and a professional service, look elsewhere.

***Owner has edited their response, because the first was so unprofessional. Yes, selling a home is stressful, but using a professional cleaning service shouldn't be. Excuse after excuse. Also, check out their google ad..."Specialize in moving services" yet, they can't get to certain areas of a house that is prepped for sale...

I have used Maid Brigade for monthly cleanings as well as deep clean before and after selling our house. They have always been efficient, thorough and friendly. Our apartment looks, smells and feels great after they leave.

The employees at maid brigade are super professional and punctual. We usually work with Tatiana and Gloria, who consistently go above and beyond my expectations. I am a super busy mom and it gives me some peace to know my house is clean, and it’s being cleaned by people who take pride in their work.

This was the first time using Maid Brigade. My house was dirty and dusty. They did an excellent job. I look forward to having them back. I will try to keep up so it won't be so bad next time. Very happy with their work.

I do not recommend Maid Brigade, they expect you to pre clean before they come, they do not own a broom so your floor better be ready. If its not, expect a surprise and unannounced visit from the supervisor to inspect your floor and then confront you because they don't 'pick stuff up.' It was extremely offensive. They are over priced, poor quality of cleaning and bad customer service.

Overall, I really liked the service. I was in a bit of a pinch regarding the timing of cleaning (needed it to be done quickly), and they were able to fit me in. The cleaning went well and it was as advertised. Thank you!
Oh, and Kaisa is amazing. She is the manager there. Oh I mean everyone is amazing actually, but too many names to name.

The "Maids" are always pleasant and do whatever I ask them to do within Maid Brigade guidelines. I like that I have had a least one person who is always the same and that she has a great personality.As the team they all work well together. I like that my house is spiffed up every three weeks as I am handicapped and could not maintain on my own. The service is keeping me in my home.

We have used Maid Brigade for about 2.5 years. It's a pleasure to come home after they have been at our house! Everything smells fresh and clean, and looks beautiful. They are friendly and polite, and do excellent work. It's a huge stress reliever not to have to do any major cleaning because we know the Maid Brigade will take care of it for us!

Maid Brigade has a quality guarantee but don’t believe it. They are initially responsive and then evasive and disrespectful... nearly condescending after inquiring if a customer is satisfied. Then they return to explain why they didn’t meet the quality guarantee. Why? Because they have no intention of meeting the quality guarantee. The owner Quentin was initially responsive to the point of over promising and then justifying what wasn’t cleaned. I have an active neighborhood and the supervisor Sue was seen shaking out dirty towels in the front of my home. I would gladly pay the fee for quality cleaning. Even if areas of concern were corrected later. Lesson learned and shared publicly; Maid Brigade has a quality guarantee but do not believe it!

I have been using Maid Brigade for years and could not be happier! They have been thorough (using all green products), always right on time, pleasant staff and willing to do anything you ask of them. I don't know how someone could have a bad experience with them unless they did not inform the office. I know they would do whatever they needed to satisfy the customer. I've had regional supervisor's drop in while they are here and tour the house to be sure they are addressing all the needs. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Our experience with Maid Brigade has been excellent! We have had other cleaning companies clean our house, but none has matched their attention to detail and thoroughness! Our house is left completely immaculate from top to bottom, and they are always more than happy to accommodate any requests or feedback. We wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who appreciates a job well done!

I called a number of cleaning services to help me get my house ready for showings (to sell). Only Maid Brigade answered the phone and sent a great crew of 3 last minute to help me get my house cleaned. I had a lot of contractors in and out the last 2 1/2 weeks, it really needed cleaning. They did a great job. THANK YOU MAID BRIGADE!
