If you ever need a cleaning I would highly recommend using Lake Maids! I was moving out of my apartment and they were able to clean it on short notice & the place looked amazing. If I ever need another cleaning I am 100% using them again!

Unfortunately we had water damage at the house that required three weeks of clean up and construction. Once construction was completed, we decided to have Lake Maids come out and clean the house before we moved all items back.

After checking in w me about my cleaning priorities, they got straight to work. Both gals were easy to chat with and very friendly. They were super thorough and I was so pleased with the results. cleaners are always so friendly, great personalities, verrryyyy strong work ethic, very determined to make sure you’re happy with the end results! if you’d like them to clean a certain area/not to clean a certain area, they’re very accommodating and will work with whatever works for you. one of our past cleaners would listen to music while they cleaned and it was so nice to see! definitely would recommend Lake Maids for any cleaning needs you might have, don’t hesitate to reach out and make an appointment, you absolutely will NOT be disappointed in the results!

The Good: friendly staff, easy to schedule, good price
The Bad: one staff arrived an hour late and the other staff was getting trained in that day so was very new to the process. Despite arriving an hour late to a four hour deep clean, they left promptly at 3:59pm. Due to this hour missed, my kitchen wasn't ever swept/mopped, cobwebs were still in the corners of my ceiling and hanging from my ceiling fan, and many other major things were left undone. I called to cancel my second cleaning with them and was told that I would get a follow up call from someone to hear about my negative experience but never received a call back.

Had our first deep clean, and Sam, Felicia, and Charisma did a great job. They really focused on the areas I asked to prioritize (kitchen and laundry room). Got our washer and dryer looking brand new and even cleaned our high chair and toddler tower. There were a couple things I provided some feedback on and they were really kind and receptive to that for next time!
