Update to respond to business- Carlos never told my dad he would be there within the hour, he said it would be at least 45 min before he was finished with his current job. When I spoke with Jesse on the phone he admitted it would have been courteous to have been called sooner.

Spoke with Jesse and he could not provide vaccinated workers for our scheduled window washing. Carlos called 2 min before he was supposed to arrive to say he was running at least 45 min late. No respect for our safety or time.

Absolutely delighted with finished product! Always thought clean windows were clean windows and that is completely inaccurate! When these guys were done they were glistening! I would find myself looking out and admiring their work! My problem now is that I’ve had clean and beautiful windows, so I notice when the elements have messed them up and I need my semiannual cleaning! Thanks guys!

We've never had our windows professionally cleaned before, and thought we'd try it as part of a larger spring cleaning. Conclusion: money well-spent, highly recommend!
