My rug was repaired quickly (around 3 days or so) and was as good as new when I picked it up!

I love taking care of my beautiful rugs. They look amazing after getting cleaned. I appreciate learning more about the types of rugs they are. The staff is knowledgeable and they care. Also good source of rug pads and small rugs for kitchen sink and entry ways.

Our rug is small and 100% wool. It had a good sized stain that really ground into the rug. I was going to throw it out, but I decided to have it cleaned. The finished product was amazing, and I am so glad I decided to have it cleaned.

I have always had great service and loved the results of my clean rugs. My recent service though was disheartening. I had a number of really big , heavy rugs to bring into the store. I went inside to ask if they had a cart. A young man said no and didn't seem to bother with what looked like an obvious task to get the rugs from my car into the store. He did at one point get one rug...not the biggest or heaviest. I usually get an email to tell me when the rugs are done but needed to call twice since there was no email. I know this sounds like a real first class problem (because it is) but the feedback may help the store stay on top.

Very professional and careful cleaning of a hand knotted, non-color fast, silk carpet. Removed pet urine stains and odors. Completely satisfied and will recommend ARL to friends.

We have always had a great experience with American Rug Laundry. We just had several rugs cleaned. They did a great job with a rather dirty and somewhat fragile rug, and also told us what kind of rug it was, where it was from, and that it would have been woven on a portable loom.

I just got back my foyer rug that the dogs had a couple accidents on. They did the deep clean and it came back showroom new and a few days ahead of schedule.

We have lots of pets so we need our rugs cleaned regularly. The American Rug Laundry is the best. They are prompt and professional. We have a few special rugs and they take good care to preserve the color and wear while also removing stains and smells. Highly recommend!

Great Service! We had our 80-year-old Persian rug cleaned and the results were amazing. The pickup and delivery was on-time and reasonable as well.

The staff is knowledgeable. I got a rug in Morocco that smelled like sheep. It didn’t get better airing it out at home. They informed me it couldn’t be washed or the colors would bleed into each other. So, they suggested a process to dry out the rug. They got the smell out!

They have also washed 3 other rugs for me and cut rug pads to fit them.

I brought American Rug Laundry the carpet I purchased in Morocco because two friends recommended it highly. Even though I purchased it from a large and reputable dealer in Fez, I had it treated for moths as well as cleaned.
ARL treated it with care and returned it in perfect condition. Their vinegar bath completely prevented the dye problems common to an antique carpet.

Very pleased with the quality, professionalism and service of the staff at American Rug Laundry. They did a great job cleaning our rug(lots of foot traffic, food and pet stains. They also trimmed up all the loose threads. Rug looks and feels like new.
