Bought a house recently and one of our bedrooms did not have heat. Tom came out and figured out the problem (and with no charge!). Tom and his crew came out later to put in new ductwork and they did a fantastic job! Even beyond installing, he took the time to explain about our furnace and how we can maximize our heating and cooling. I absolutely 100% recommend Boehm Heating & AC - the entire staff are professional, nice, and extremely knowledgeable.

We used Boehm last winter when our boiler went out. Initially we had some trouble connecting with them, but I'm so glad it worked out! They came in much lower than a few other companies and they were in an out in a day installing our new boiler - very happy with the service and felt a lot of confidence in talking with the owner. Boehm just installed a new furnace and AC for us and I can say that they provide the level of service that people say is gone from the market. We had a couple of minor issues that they quickly came out to resolve and they even pointed out a potential issue with our fireplace gas line.

The guys we worked with would listen and follow through with all the questions that we had. I definitely would go with them again and recommend them to anyone.

Boehm came on the same snowy day to evaluate and fix our furnace. They were super friendly and had great communication about their schedule and availability so last minute. I only have positive and very good things to say about Jeff Boehm and his crew. Boehm Heating and Air Conditioning has been in business since 1945 and their knowledge, experience and expertise really shows! Plus their employees are appropriately licensed. They sold me a Daiken furnace that was correctly sized for my condo's square footage and heating needs. The installation was done very professionally and efficiently. Jeff even made arrangements to continue the furnace installation while I left for a dental appointment. I highly recommend Boehm Heating and Air Conditioning for anyone's heating and cooling needs. You will not be disappointed by your choice to work with Boehm. My experience with Jim was fantastic. He is what you dream of when working with a contractor. Honest, hardworking, fair, and acts with integrity. As another reviewer noted, there are companies out there that are going to scare you into purchasing a new boiler or furnace without actually taking the time to see if an older unit can be repaired. Jim actually did an assessment and was able to suggest a repair. He saved me thousands of dollars and when it is time to replace my unit, I will not hesitate to contact them. Boehm Heating and Air Conditioning are as good as it gets!

Boehm Heating replaced our furnace and did an exceptional job. They are honest, hard-working, responsive and reliable. Our furnace was installed in the winter and additional (minimal) work on the outside of the house was needed after the ground thawed in the spring. When the furnace was installed I asked about payment and was told "don't worry about it until we finish the job". Their price was reasonable and fair. We will continue to use Boehm for routine maintenance and would recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide. The owner, Jim Boehm is a class act all the way. He should be very proud of the business he has built.

Yet again, Boehm to the rescue!!! This company is the model of integrity, doing great work and backing it with great service. 4 years after installing my furnace, when I called with a quick after hours repair question, a technician was on the phone with me within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved within minutes. And the reason I mentioned 4 years? They still remembered me and details about my house (related and unrelated to their project). They really care about their customers and their work.

Dependable. Honest. Reliable. In 1988 my furnace went out. The wind chill was 50 below. Boehm arrived right away and found carbon monoxide readings. The next day they were back installing a new furnace in my 900 sq. ft Como home. Fast forward. I am a newer home and the furnace goes out on a winter evening. Jeff showed me my options and had a new furnace installed two days later. I am fortunate that we have a family, neighborhood business who is dependable, honest and reliable.

Just a fantastic family operation. Straightforward, honest, patient and attentive. Installed a mini split into a above garage office. We will be hiring them for all future HVAC work.

My experience with Boehm Heating & Air was exceptional. Jim B. evaluated my 100 year old home for mini-split system and provided me with several options based on my budget. I purchased a Daikin system for my upper and lower levels and after a year of use I have been thrilled with the systems ease of use, quick cooling and efficient operation. My experience with Boehm was fantastic. Jeff Boehm was prompt, professional and helpful with his advice. His bid for replacing a boiler came in fully $3000 under a bid from Bonfe! He completed the work within three days of my initial contact with him. He noticed that the pump on my second boiler (I own a duplex) was broken, so he replaced it with the pump from unit he was replacing. No extra charge. He spent a considerable amount of time making sure I had heat to ALL 16 of my radiators. In other words, he made sure my whole system actually worked. His soldering and workmanship was impeccable, and, since I have total trust in Jeff and his company, it was actually an enjoyable purchase, knowing that I had made a solid investment in a big ticket item.

When my extremely old boiler broke down a few weeks before Christmas (in the middle of a cold snap, of course), I needed help I could trust, and quick! Boehm provided excellent service. Jeff Boehm made the time to come by as soon as he could, and within a few hours dropped a handwritten estimate for install on a new boiler on my front porch. Within the week, the whole family crew was out, setting me up with heating that worked far better than before. And when a few of my ancient radiator valves later leaked (they weren't used to have a boiler with real power!), Jeff came out to fix them right away. They also helped me set up an easy payment system to make the process as painless as possible. Boehm is affordable, professional, and provided a quality product I'm sure will last many years--I will not hesitate to call them again with any heating/cooling needs.

The level and quality of service the Boehm provides is unmatched. The entire Boehm family and crew takes immense pride in their work. They did an excellent job at stalling a condenser and four heads in our old home. They did this work at a very competitive price as well.

Boehm replaced our air conditioner and brought our previous AC installation up to code. They explained everything they were going to do and walked me through the estimate. They had to add a pump to drain condensation, and their installation was incredibly tidy.

Everyone I talked to, from my first call to completion of the project, was friendly.

Boehm has come to our place twice now, and we've had great experiences both times. The latest visit was because our boiler was making intermittent buzzing noises. Mike talked through possible reasons but ultimately said it wasn't a major issue and just to get in touch if it continues. I appreciated the honesty and patient explanations for my questions (as I don't know anything about boilers).

We had a wonderful experience with Boehm. Our boiler went out during a snowstorm on a Sunday, and the house was below 60 degrees with three animals. Boehm's after hours emergency line got our technician, Tom, on the phone quickly, and he came out to the house within half an hour. He explained the issue to us in full detail, replaced the busted thermo-couple, and also did some additional maintenance on the boiler. He showed us how to run some regular maintenance ourselves and gave us some helpful information about our boiler's lifespan and care. The next morning, the heat was out again, so he came right back and explained that the gas valve was likely the culprit, which he hasn't replaced the first day because it's more expensive and the thermo-couple was the first line of defense. He replaced the gas valve and the heat was back on before 10am. The price was fair and he even waived the labor fee for the second day, as it was connected to the original issue. Very clean and quick work! We will definitely continue to use Boehm!

I had the best experience with boehm. My mom's furnace was out and I called them, the installer, and the helpful lady called her crew and she had 2 gentlemen show up at her house in 20 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I will recommend them and start using them myself. The repair was quick and effective. So very pleased for such an annoying inconvenience
