James (Jamie) came to do several projects at our home today. He put in a bathroom fan system, dryer vent and thermostat. He was professional and efficient. His work is impeccable. 100% recommended.

Ryann came out to the house and found out that our furnace needed to be replaced. He was able to get it set up for the next day. Ryan also left my wife and I some space heaters incase we needed them. When the installer called in sick Ryan on his day off and on Christmas Eve came back out and installed our new furnace and had us up and running for our company coming on Christmas day. My furnace was acting up and Home Care gave me several options for repair or replace. I replaced and James and crew showed up a the next day (right before a holiday). Clean, quick, and to my knowledge, thorough. I'm happy I went with them.

Ryan serviced/winterized our attic AC unit today. I asked him a ton of questions because we are getting to the end of the life of our current AC unit, and I am trying to figure out what to do next. Ryan was super thorough and patient in laying out the different options that we could take when making our next move. I would be happy to work with Ryan on that next move when our current unit stops working. I'm very impressed with not only his level of knowledge in this area, but with his no-pressure communication and customer service skills.

Ryan Rudolph checked out our relatively new furnace and found two issues that the installer missed when the furnace was originally installed. I was most impressed with James and the other installer. In one day, they efficiently worked diligently to replace my furnace. I simply watched the two of them moving between their trucks and my crawl space. No fuss, no hiccups with these two. They answered my questions, were polite, and put me at ease. They put down rugs and cleaned up when done.

I give them both a five-star rating. I will call on Home Care for any future service work

My experience with Home Care was fantastic, from the initial scheduling to Ryan's assessment, and finally, the install. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Ryan was amazing! He was on time, professional, kind, and explained everything! He found out that y fireplace hasn’t been correctly arranged and he fixed that. It’s never been cleaner nor worked so well! 10/10 would recommend! On top of that, Lyndsey was outstanding!
