Browsing looking for HVAC service and I just want to try to point out this company appears to be a scam, as a few people have noted. The only recent reviews are from strange names, from people also writing similar reviews for other (likely fake) HVAC companies at the same time.

They were able to fit me in right away when my air conditioner went out, and James was amazing- walking me through every problem with pictures and options for the best solution to my problems. He gave me an honest assessment of the equipment and did all the tests to make sure I made the most informed decision. I will be using J&R Heating & Cooling in the future!

James came out to complete the yearly maintenance on our furnace. He was timely and very professional. He explained everything he did and also asked if we had a carbon monoxide detector which we did not. This made me feel like he cared about our well being. He installed one for us on the same appointment. Very satisfied with the work done.
