We’ve had our air ducts cleaned by 3 different companies in the past who all used the same methods. We didn’t like how they weren’t covering vents during cleaning to prevent dust back flow. They said they only did that for a basic clean and not a deep clean which does not make else and is different from the other larger companies we’ve had out in the past. Had to remind them about add on services like dryer vent cleaning. Then small details like putting screws back in, putting vents their way they were (open or closed) and cleaning them were lacking. Friendly yes but I would not have them out again or recommend them.

This company was fantastic to deal with. They were prompt, efficient and got the work done in the time quoted. They showed before and after photos as well as a short video of the lint removed for the dryer vent. That alone was worth the price.

Jonny was prompt and on time when I requested an estimate. There was no pressure to sign up that day and he was very detailed in explaining the process. They weren’t the most expensive bid I received nor were they the cheapest, I chose them because of how they conducted themselves at the point of estimate.
When it came to completing the work Jonny and his partner were timely and efficient. Duct cleaning took about 2 hours and the difference was noticeable right away. I’d be comfortable recommending them to friends or family.
