I have a large house with many vents that needed cleaning. I was interested in a deep cleaning, and this company was the first to come out. They gave me a quote that I initially thought was very high, but after comparing with several other companies, I realized it was actually the most reasonable price I received.

After the cleaning they performed in my home, I immediately noticed fresher air and a much cleaner smell. The service and overall experience were simply outstanding.

I called to get a quote for air duct and dryer vent cleaning and Ultimate was able to get me scheduled for an appointment in two days. Communication was wonderful and the team that came to our house were friendly and knowledgeable. The service guys gave us suggestions on how to improve things around the house ourselves.

It was nice to see the before and after photos of the vents. I like the honest workers, no hidden fees than what I was quoted on the phone. I called five other companies and Ultimate was the best price and fastest to get me an appointment. Thank you!

Dan came by to take a look at our AC unit. He really went the extra mile and took time to inspect our HVAC systems and make some helpful recommendations for maintenance on our system to make it last. He presented the information and all the options, and didn't try to sell anything we didn't need. I'd recommend giving them a call for any heating or cooling issues you have, or even just to have them take a look at your system to make sure it's in good shape.

ACA was extremely responsive when my heat went out at my dog grooming salon. They were quick to solve the problem and easy to get ahold of. Will be recommending them to other business owners.

Very bad system design (for instance putting a room youd want to be warmer on the same system as a room youd want to be cold with dueling thermostats), subpar installation required 3rd party to repair what could be repaired (didnt add appropriate amount of refrigerant to take into account for adding additional line to the line set). Good luck getting any help with anything claimed to be under warranty. I was transferred to a project manager to help me with a component that needed to be replaced under warranty. The guy was not thrilled and just said ok we will take care of it and was about to hang up without even knowing who I was or what property the issue was at. after I said wait a minute don't you need my info? I gave it and never get a call back. Tried calling some more but never get anywhere...

Awful techs. Installed an ac unit and it has almost fallen off the base they put it on multiple times. They came out and said that’s how it’s supposed to be. Broke my thermostat and said “that sucks better call center point to fix it” stay far away from this company.

My service tech did the yearly checkup on my heating and cooling systems. He was on time and did a very professional job. Once done he left me with a copy of the complete report on the work he had performed. I would hire them again.

My service was tremendous. Kevin the specialist was on time and did a massive job in locating the problem. What made it better was that there wasn't a major problem and just a little Freon was added. It's hot today but I am refreshed and cool inside. Highly recommended!!
